I love this company. I would not buy from anyone else. There quality is above all others. They are supportive in suggesting size when needed. Their customer support is awesome. I usually order custome designs I send to them and they ALWAYS come out perfect. I have seen custome designs from other companies that look terrible but homecraftology ALWAYS gets it exceptionally accurate. I have ordered So many from them I can't count. I will never go anywhere else.

DON’T EVER IRDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!WHAT A JOKE. I HAVE TECEIVED DUOLICATES OFONES I ORDERED. I EMAILED MULTIPLE TIMES …NO REPLY. THIS IS WHAT YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. TERRIBLE.

This is a very good company. I ordered a diamond painting and the diamonds are so beautyful. Very good service. My Questions asked by email were very quickly replied. Thank you very much

Made a custom that cost me 300$ and the drills are popping because they are to big/ not the same size and the grid seem to small for the diamond.

When i contacted them they only said i propably did not know how to diamond painting. To finish the diamond first and contacted them after for drills if i missed some.

It's been a month and I still haven't received my order. I sent 3 emails with no response. They kept sending me emails every day to order but nothing to tell me where my order is

HORRIBLE customer service. I sent 3 emails about a problem and never heard back. Don't be fooled by "Family Owned". Much better prices and selection on Amazon.

I love the starry night I got sent but didn't get any butter paper, no big deal, sent an email letting them know and asking if I could use wax or parchment instead and never heard back. I had to unsubcribe to their mailing list as I was getting one to two junk emails a day but you can't be bothered to answer a customer service issue. I guess when you know people will buy your product you don't care about customer issues!

I purchased a kit from them on 6/4/2024, I still have not received it, I have contacted them 4 times between email and their contact us option on their website and I have not received any response from them, I guess they figure they got paid from my credit card so why should they respond. This is a terrible way to treat your customers and I will never purchase anything from them again. Stay away from thus company they will just take your money and you won't get your product from them.

On the 18th of February, I bought an order from you, which was a custommade diamond painting that was 60x80. As I still haven’t received any order confirmation, or order number, I have tried to contact you three times since via customercare - on the 18th of February, the 22th of February and now the 25th of February. The money is already charged from my bank, and I have not received ANY response from you. I’m currently in contact with Paypal, who is also try to contact you. Still with no luck! Please contact me.

Kit 1 diamonds were popping off. Not a small kit either.
Kit 2 50x65 cm 3 Owls on tree limb - Creases in canvas that will not come out & drill field not clear at all. You cannot tell the difference between a lower case t to the lower case f. Very light & blurry. Makes me want to toss the kit. I am a big owl collector & this is absolutely horrible 😢
I will never order another Home Craftology Kit again.

I ordered 2 square kits from them, a 60 x 60 and a 60 x 120cm.

I suffered through the 60 x 60. The drills were so bad that some of the bags were about 40% trash. The drills were different sizes, both in width and height. There were big gaps given the irregular drill sizes. I’m short several different drills- not because there weren’t enough- but because there were so many trash drills.

The second canvas was unworkable. There were such bad creases which wouldn’t come out, that I was unable to start it. They sent a replacement canvas - shipping takes weeks from China BTW- which was worse than the first. They offered to send another, but I said no thank you I’d like to return it and get a refund.

Mind you I paid as much for this kit as I would have paid getting an equivalent kit from DAC. There is no comparison whatsoever.

Despite having a 100% satisfaction guarantee, they have ignored me both by email and messages on Instagram.

Sadly I have to now go through my credit card company to deal with this, as this has been going on since I bought the kits in November without resolution.

I have ordered 5 kits from this company 3 of the 5 kits were missing drills. Had to order drills to finish the projects.

This company is the best I would not order from anywhere else although a bit more expensive but so worth it the quality of canvas superb there clue is never come off again fantastic I only do custom pieces and each one I do is better and better love that they give u a preview of your pic before they process and send and love the advise what best size for pic u want printed ran out of beads on my last one but just let the know and 2 full bags of colours arrived amazing customer service and amazing team that value there buyers over and above the go 👌👌😊😊😊😊😘😘

I recommend this company to everyone, they treat you like family, if a customer has an issue with there order they will make it right to the customer satisfaction, what this company did for me no other company would do , I send a photo and ask if I could get this done in a diamond painting, a few thing had to be changed for the diamond painting to look nice , Mae and the artist did excellent work to have this diamond painting look perfect, Mae will do anything for the customer to make them happy , she did so much for me , outstanding person and company, I will never order from any one else , thank you so much for your great service, Brigitte

I really like the selections, packaging and working with the canvas. I'm working on the big one with fall skies and a tornado right now.

I ran out of one color halfway through the project so super disappointed that I can’t complete it. Sent an email to see if I can get the color but haven’t heard anything.
