drills are good sticky ness of canvas is great I did have a problem with the symbols being too light on most of the colors. I had to get a pdf of the design.

Ordering from Home Craftology was very smooth and the order arrived as promised. I will say that a few of the shipping updates left me wondering if my item had actually left or not, but once it was actually promised for delivery, it was delivered as expected. I have only just begun working on it, but the quality of the product seems to be as hoped and I am enjoying working on it.

I am very pleased with the service this company gives. Many others should learn from them- always prompt, patient with "silly" questions. I have not yet had a "new" style canvas and looking forward to it.

On a previous custom, I was upset about how a colour turned out, questioned them, looked again at the original and decided to "give it a go". Did that colour and subject first and it looked wonderful! Pleased I took their advice.

Keep up the excellent work and customer service.

I enjoy doing my diamond paintings .
Only issue is numbers or alphabet is always difficult to distinguish as close together and similar colours .
Apart from this concern l am happy with Craftology .
Usually prompt delivery .
Getting more expensive , is an issue plus paying delivery costs.

On some parts of the canvas, there wasn't enough glue, because the beads wouldn't stick. I used the pieces of paper so I wouldn't get any oil from my skin so I know that wasn't the reason they weren't sticking. I'm glad this wasn't my first one I've done, or it would have been my last.

This is a awesome company. Their canvas is wonderful to work on. Drills are uniform. Shipping time is excellent. They are very helpful if you encounter a problem. Glad that I found them.

I loved this when I first started but the release papers keep rolling up on the sides and parts of my canvas are bone dry and not sticky.

Excellent product and service. If I were to find a “con”, it’s the number of “diamonds “ provided in some colors. I came dangerously close to running out in some colors. That is worrisome when you’re watching the number of diamonds you’re working with and wondering if iIll have enough.

Otherwise, I’ll continue to purchase in the future. I did a custom kit of my dog and it is beautiful!! I’ll order more custom pieces in the future!

This is my 2nd custom design from HC. I will update with a photo when done. Just impressed by the designers. Its fun & keeps me busy during the day. I am doing one for my mom & step-dad, its in memory of him.

I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I needed a custom DP and it was perfect! They communicated with me before the final approval and it is perfect! I received my DP fast and was packed well, even had a pretty ribbon tied around it! It came with a checklist with how many packs of drills for each color and they were all there! The glue is very sticky so I doubt any drills will fall off! I highly recommend this company for your DP projects and will definitely use them again!!

Best diamond painting company around, by far! If you're thinking they're a little pricey - yes, they are, but you get what you pay for. Cannot recommend highly enough!
