The package was dented in and one of the painting boxes was mashed in on the corner. But this was probably from the shipping carrier. Nothing inside the box was missing as far as I can tell.

The item was delivered in great shape and the packaging looks like they really took the time to make the customer feel like the most important person to them

I had ordered a pen with attachments along with a diamond painting. The original order did not contain the pen. I contacted Craftology and the immediately sent out the pen. I was impressed with their prompt and awesome service.

This company takes the time to make your custom order the best it can be. They even send you a proof with options before completing the order. Excellent customer service and communication.

I finally received my items. The only problem was that the boxes the canvases were interested crushed. The canvases were crinkled on the ends, but not so bad that I will be able to fix them OK. Otherwise, everything else was good. I like the way your canvases are packaged. Thank you and I have placed my second order.

I originally placed the order for a smaller size but customer support reached out and suggested a larger size would be better for my picture. I went with their recommendation and could not be more pleased. Haven’t finished the project yet but so far the picture is turning out great

It took a little long to arrive (we are so used to Amazon - but absolutely love these Christmas cards. They are fun to create and are beautiful.

I have started using the kit yet. I looks like the other kits I have received. I have been very pleased with the kits. I prefer the square drills which are available on all your products. The canvas is nicer. I like that the size of the picture, not the canvas is the size given. The only downside is the amount of time it takes to receive the products in the U.S.

The kit picture is done really well! I cannot wait to complete it!

I ordered my first personalized picture from them. When I saw it I cried. I havent started it yet. I know its going to be amazing! Opening these beautiful diamond paintings is like opening a beautiful present. It's inside a very nice black canvas bag that has the business name on it, then when I pulled the canvas out it had a beautiful shiny blue ribbon on it. That says a lot to me about the kind of people who run this company. It says they care about their customers. They give all the tools needed to do your diamond picture. The canvas is soft and strong. The customer service is wonderful. I've actually messaged with Chris & Mel on a few occasions. Very thoughtful & caring people. Their whole team is awesome! Very nice and friendly. Im very happy I found this company. If I could I'd give them 10 stars. So all you diamond painting people go check this place out. I know you won't regret it. I highly recommend them.
