It was easy to deal with, the delivery was on time, the service from the team who delivered the furniture was brilliant they worked very hard to complete all the work on the same day, working until late evening and they left the property clean tidy and all the furniture in place

Working with Chelsea was a delight, and so helpful. She made a stressful , overwhelming process of setting up a new home feel easy and comforting. My move had to be postponed at the last minute, but I look forward to working with her and Homebound again. They are on top it!

Brilliant company! I spoke to around 10 companies before deciding to go ahead with Josh and his team, and they’ve been second to none. Having worked in property for over 16 years and dealt with hundreds of HMOs, I can honestly say these guys are worth every penny!

Their services completely met my expectations. The furniture arrived exactly as shown on the website, and some items looked even better and were in very good condition. Josh was incredibly helpful throughout, and the delivery team was highly professional—everything was delivered, assembled, and arranged without any issues.

I have had such a wonderful experience working with Chelsea and the whole team at homebound to completely furnish a two bedroom house for holiday lets. They really went above and beyond to help me choose the right furniture, sourcing last minute replacements, and getting everything delivered in record time. The delivery and installation team were very professional and courteous, even when dealing with difficult access and spaces. The furniture itself is very stylish, and high quality, and looks and feels brand new. A much better option than other hire companies that look outdated and like old hotel furniture, Homebound's furniture gives a very high end look. Their terms are also very reasonable if you don't know the length of your rental. Strongly recommend.

We were recommended to use Homebound for staging, to assist with the sale of our Penthouse apartment. The fact it sold within 2 days of being put on the market (in a very difficult market) is in large part to all the work Manon and Ece have down. Their design work, installation and efficiency were bound reproach.

We moved to the London area on a one-year work visa. It was so expensive to ship overseas and buying new meant we would have to sell or giveaway at the end of a year. Finding Homebound was the perfect solution for long-term furniture rental. Everything looks great in our home and the entire process from start to finish was extremely easy. We received a mood board along with a detailed list of what we would receive, and Maddie has made everything so easy for us and we love everything she picked out. Delivery and set up was always on time and very professional. They set everything up with white glove service and cleaned up boxes/trash and in a few hours we were left with a perfectly furnished home without lifting a finger. I highly recommend Homebound, and the entire process has been such a great experience. The other furniture rental companies we explored felt very corporate and cold, I love that we were able to receive something that fit our personality a bit more. I am so grateful!

Great communication and service from start to finish. We needed an apartment staging with very short notice and the team at Homebound really delivered for us, turning the whole process around in less than a week and leaving us with an amazing apartment to show investors and agents. Homebound’s customer service has been fantastic. Within only a week’s notice I was able to use Homebound to deliver and assemble furniture in a new flat. Responses were almost immediate to any questions I had. Even when I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size dining table and then discovered that the size I needed wouldn’t be available for a few weeks, they were really kind and came back the next day with a different option that I could use in the meantime. The furniture is great quality and they’ve made moving/furnishing a flat a lot less stressful.

Renting our furniture with Homebound was the best decision we could have made!
Bradley went above and beyond to get us our furniture on time, despite many delays on part of delivery companies due to road closures over the queen’s funeral weekend.
