Crickets
crickets when emailing Home and Lighting Co. Bought a 60 watt light almost exactly 6 months ago and was working great. Now however it is nothing nothing more than ornament on the side of my house. Won't turn on won't charge absolutely dead as a doorknob. For what I paid I could have put a wired light up instead and never have had this disappointment. Won't ever recommend this product to anyone.

They show all our packaging, customer testimonials and products, yet when you enter on their website the product is completely different than ours or is just a replica, people still decide to buy from them because the price is 2 or 3 times cheaper than ours.
2. Resellers manufacture replicas of our solar lights and selling them 2 or 3 times cheaper than our products. These resellers make people think the products are the same due to the design (since is a design without a patent) but what makes the products durable are the pieces inside of them which of course they are not the same as ours. That's the reason the product cost 2 or 3 times lower than ours.
We appear as the number one search on Google every time because we're the number of sellers across the United States of solar lights. We're a USA-based company that manufactures the highest quality solar lights. We provide 1-year warranty and extra 4 years since our products last over 5 years. We're the only ones that provide a such warranty because we believe in our products and the components we put inside of them.
We offer a priority service to our clients and that's the reason our customers ALWAYS come back for more of our products.

This is a scam. They not only double charged me for items I didn't order but they never shipped them. I cancelled the order the same day I placed it because of the double charge, then they decided to send a tiny little box to my house with a coupon. It's a scam.

The lights worked as described. Subtle light at low setting, however the slightest detection of movement, its on all led, i have had 250 watt incandescent flood lights that no pun intended - “couldn't hold a candle to these.” While on the topic of bright, i believe Patrick has a bright future ahead, customer contact, from a thanks for the order to sending mounting instructions four days ahead of receipt of the lights. For a bright light and all future lighting requirements, you cannot go wrong with homeandlighting Co. ask for Patrick, tell him Mort sent you!

Homeandlighting.co ripped me out of $92.38. I paid for the 2 light combo upgrade. They only sent 1 light and will not send the 2nd light or refund my money. Took almost a month just to ship the box that I paid for on the 6th of Sept. Magnetic Rapture LLC is the parent company.

Very impressed
I have three lights so far that I've had for about a year and they're still working great regardless of the rainy Florida weather. Very impressed by the quality and durability of these lights. I bought two more I have yet to put them up but I know they will work just as well when I do. Definitely recommend.

Do not purchase from here if you hope to have decent customer service for damaged items shipped from them.
Like others on here they are not what they seem. I ordered one light for a shed and so far so good but it's only been a couple months. So I ordered a 2nd light for my sidewalk and after a very long time it finally arrived but was damaged. I immediately started emailing. Calling and leaving a Facebook message. They are 100% ghosting me and will not respond. I have called many times today and you will wait on hold forever waiting on Customer Service then it will eventually just go to voicemail. I did leave a message early today before they opened and 8 hours later still no response. My emails have asked for a RA to no avail. Not a chance in hell I will ever order here again. EDIT to add a response I just received from BBB.org. "Dear Wayne ............:

We actually don't have a BBB profile since we've reported those profiles multiple times to BBB showing that there are resellers out there pretending to be us by selling replicas of our lights yet they decided to not provide us any solution. In fact, if you take a deep look at BBB's information is fully mixed and inaccurate:
1. When you look for Magnetic Rapture LLC on BBB appears 4 different businesses where 3 of them have the same information which is totally inaccurate and the other one has another type of information.
2. BBB claims we have an outlet. We don't have an outlet since we use the highest quality materials with the purpose to make them last the time we claim. If a customer decides to return a light, we have a huge list of non-profits with lack of outdoor illumination and we donate the returned light to them. With that being said, we don't need to resell it.
3. BBB shows in one of the profiles a phone number from Florida. We're based in Utah.
4. None of the existing profiles created on BBB were created by us, yet they decided to link all profiles to our website even when we have provided them enough documentation that there are actually resellers trying to act like they were us. As previously mentioned, these resellers steal everything related to our business (including the business and brand name) to resell replicas.
We've been dealing during the past years with:

I canceled this order immediately after…
I canceled this order immediately after purchase. After payment I was taken to another screen and asked to purchase the mounting bracket. I knew then I was scammed so I sent an email and told them to cancel my order. In fact, they emailed me several time not pertaining to my request to cancel the order but to sell me something else. Each time I requested my order to be canceled. I called from my phone 10 times and was directed to leave a voice message from a recording. I used someone else's phone 4 days later and was told by Patrick that they had just received my emails and unfortunately it was to late to cancel my order because they had already shipped it before he was able to read it. I told him then, they never sent any tracking info or purchase info. He then got very rude and told me I had no choice but to accept the order and keep it or it would cost me more money to return it. I told him I was going to refuse the order from shipper and dispute their shady practice with my credit card company. He told me if I did that they couldn't help me. I told him that's what I was going to do and he started blaming me for their shady practice of showing a picture with the mounting hardware included on what I was purchasing. He told me it wasn't included and I shouldn't have relied on just the picture. When I told him the listing didn't say it wasn't included and a picture showing it was, was shady, he started cursing me so I said a few choice words and hung up on him. He called me back 5 additional time and each time was to continue his verbal abuse so I blocked his number. They blocked me from commenting on facebook because I questioned them. Then last night after all of this, I got an email from Patrick that said basically they never received any emails from me to cancel the order and it was too late because the order has shipped. However, please try the lights out first because he knows I'm going to love them but if I don't, he will help me with returning them. Completely different from what he said on the phone. This company advertised it is an American owned and operated company but Facebook claimed the page is ran by several other people all from foreign countries. None American.
Updated after their reply: the number used was 702-602-1659 it comes back as a Utah number. When you do a search for that number, it also gives you a website that takes you to the Home and Lighting website. The same website they listed below. I also checked my bank statement and it listed the merchant account as Home and Lighting Co. As the business paid. So if all of what their reply says is true, those other fake companies have their bank info as well. With the info I have given, they should surely be able to shut down that so called fraudulent company. I doubt it though. 1 last thing, I checked the prices, you are not more expensive. Same price.

Super lights
Good day, I rarely write anything on review boards, but I am amazed by the quality of the lights I received from Home and Lighting. I ordered one at first and finally ordered 2 more. I live in a remote area with no electrical power and we depend on solar system, These lights are amazing from Dusk to Dawn. Super easy to install and to get them started. Also very important the after service for any questions related to your purchases is truly rapid.

These people are cheating by saying…
These people are cheating by saying 100% returns on the website. However, when you want to return the product due to not meeting your expectation, they come up with expenses for shipping & warehousing fees. This will never be told on the purchase page and they show 100% returns guaranteed. I would say never get into these people's trap. Very Bad and Deceiving company.
Please see what they have responded for my returns query. The product cost itslef is $45. They will take $30 and return $15. For what, I have not used the product and returning it as it does not meet the standards they mention on their website.
'In case you received the products, didn't like them, and want to return them, you'll need to pay for shipping back the products and we must charge warehousing fees and returning fees on the returned goods, after that a refund will be issued.'
The returning fee is USD 30 per item,
