We found Zak extremely helpful throughout our booking experience, he explained everything to us and answered any questions we had, he also reassured us that he could contact him anytime with any queries we may have.
The whole booking process was very straightforward, we can now relax and look forward to our holiday.

Painless and informative booking process
Claudiu understood exactly what holiday we were looking for and was extremely helpful in ensuring Holiday2 provided us with the perfect vacation. He listened to our requirements and came up with very useful and valid information to help us get the best for our trip. Price was very competitive and our itinerary was just what we wanted. Kevin at Holiday2 was very professional
Kevin at Holiday2 was very personable and helpful. He was quick to respond to my requests for our cruise documents and ATOL certificate which arrived the same day via email. He also helped with an upgrade question, providing options and details to enable us to secure a more suitable cabin. Great service.

Easy booking process
We recently booked a cruise with Holiday2.com after seeing a great offer on TravelZoo for a 11 day cruise/stay on Oceania Nautica. The booking process over the phone went very smoothly and the agent Jordan gave us all the information needed to successfully book the holiday and we have now received all preliminary documentation and are now looking forward to our holiday in July 2027.

Holiday booked looks brilliant and we are looking forward to it immensely.The agent was very helpful however there was some confusion around the deposit but that was soon resolved.Some delay in receiving the confirmation but in view of the complexity of some the travel arrangements understanderable

Excellent booking experience with Holiday2
After seeing a cruise offered on Travelzoo by Holiday2 to Japan, I rang to find out more information about the trip. Zac was really helpful and knowledgeable about Japan and the cruise line, he helped us with picking the right ship cabin for us, advised us about special promotions which were on offer and which we were able to take advantage of and went through the whole booking process. I'm really happy with the booking experience with Zac and Holiday2.
