I contacted holiday2 after seeing a great deal for a cruise with travel zoo. I was pleasantly surprised with the response from Paul who helped me to review the full details of the cruise and gave me valuable advice about being on a cruise as this will be my first experience.
Paul was great with nothing too much trouble, I never felt under any pressure but with his knowledge of the cruise and advice about the ship we have booked and are very excited about our holiday.

Contacted Holiday2 after seeing an offer for a cruise and spoke with Jordan, super helpful! He new both the cruise and offer I had seen and we worked through the booking, exploring the options available until I was completely happy with the selections. First rate service!

I sent an enquiry about a cruise, and within a half hr a very friendly young man named Jordan gave me a call, he could not have been more helpful. We checked the deck plan together and he helped with choice of cabin. Within a few hrs our cruise was booked

Paul was professional and friendly on our first call to find out more information on the cruise around Australia and Bali. We then spoke again when he shared his extensive knowledge of the ship and Bali. There was no pressure to book just a genuine need to ensure we had all the information we needed. Paul helped us to choose the best cabin and gave us lots of assurance that he would continue to be there to answer any questions etc. Excellent customer service and we will definitely recommend. Jordan was my point of contact. He was kind, patient and explained everything to us as it was our first experience of a cruise. He gave helpful insights and was not patronising and went the extra mile. The booking processs was straightforward and he gave his contact number if we have further questions going forward. All excellent so far.

The agent Claudiu was very helpful with my enquiries and gave me comprehensive information regarding my trip. Claudiu also helped to tailor my requirements and was available both on email and the phone. I was really impressed with the level of customer care I received.

Great booking experience with Holiday2! I was on the Chat and said I wanted to talk to someone about booking a holiday. Jordan phoned me straight away and was really helpful. We have booked a cruise so there was a choice of cabins plus a choice of flights/departure airports. I then mentioned that we had never been to Athens before, so he asked if we would like a couple of days longer there to explore. He quickly found out costs and I was able to confirm the booking there and then. I was very impressed!

I rang Holiday2 having see a cruise and stay offer, with a list of questions, all of which were readily answered by Jordan, who I found to be very helpful and knowledgeable and, most importantly, not at all pushy, such that I didn’t feel in any way pressured to close a deal. The London flights on offer were easily changed to suit our regional airports (MAN out LBA back) and an extra night’s stay added to our cruise departure, and all without busting the budget. Though I was given the welcome opportunity to go away and think about it, I nevertheless felt confident enough to book there and then.
Overall, a very smooth and pleasant booking.

I have been looking for a cruise around New Zealand for some time. My daughter lives in Australia and linking a cruise together with a visit to her would be ideal.
I spotted a suitable cruise with a train journey across Australia. Perfect as part of our 50th anniversary celebrations.

We've been fortunate to have cruised many times. We are not loyal to any cruise line or travel company. So it was a relief to find that when we contacted Paul at Holiday2, a company we had no experience of, about a particularly attractive offer he was quick to understand our requirements. We set him a few challenges around hotel and flights and Paul soon had these sorted and we were able to book all within one day.

Excellent service from Zak. Nothing was too much trouble despite the numerous queries we had ! He had both excellent customer care and customer service skills. Had a few questions regarding the holiday and sent an email, it was answered very promptly and extremely well by Claudiu, all the information we wanted. We then rang to book and left a voicemail which again was responded to very quickly and efficiently by Claudiu, and we booked the cruise. If the cruise is as good as the service by Claudiu, we will be very happy.
