Faulty Product
I purchased a kitchen set for my dolls house from Hobbies. The set was quickly dispatched and packed well. Unfortunately one unit was a slightly different colour, a handle was missing and the cupboard doors out of alignment. I contacted Hobbies by email containing a photograph of the cupboard. A replacement was immediately sent out to me.
I did feel that this should never have happened as the items should surley have been checked before dispatching them.
This however would not deter me from using them again as they are reseasonbly priced, quick delivery and quick to respond to problems without any quibble.
