Very Poor
Plants I ordered were in transit for a FULL WEEK, in very hot weather, and, (predictably) arrived mostly dead.
To return them would cost almost as much as the original plants, but VERY POOR ATTENTION TO DETAIL on sellers behalf
Courier tracking code provided was not recognized by the courier.

The rain cover that was supposed to be with the order wasn't included.I did email requesting another rain cover but my request was ignored. I now have tge added expense of a rain cover.
In response to trust pilot HNG said they didn't get my email see below their response to the email they said they didn't get.

The rain cover should have been in the box the rattan set came in.
Unfortunately, any damages or issues need to be reported within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
We can not supply a replacement in this instance.

Material is very thin and bends easily
Material is very cheap, wrong instruction on how to build the shed. Metal panels and other details are so thin that bend easily. Seems like we ordered something from the Aliexpress or Temu with the lowest quality. Please avoid buying it. Disappointed with shopping.

Absolutely lies lies lies
Ordered on the 12th of may and still waiting, these liars reckon they will get your item to you in 3 days or even faster. Lie. They also say that they will answer your question in 2 days another Lie. My item is coming from spain via GLS. I could have flown to spain and back a half a dozen times by now. Absolutely disgraceful to tell lies like that about delivery times. An Irish company? I don't think so just based here maybe that's it.

You're absolutely right that your delivery took longer than it should have, and we sincerely apologise for that delay. While most of our orders do arrive within the stated timeframe, in this case, things didn’t go as planned, and we take full responsibility for that.
Just to clarify, we are a proudly Irish-owned company, and our warehouse is located in County Laois. While some of our items ship directly from our suppliers in Europe (like Spain in your case), we work hard to ensure these still arrive quickly — though clearly, we missed the mark here.
