I am trying to return a chair I purchased (because it is very uncomfortable to use). They have a 30 day return policy, and I initiated the return with their online form. I received an email about how to adjust the chair, and responded to this to ask for instructions on how to actually return the chair. I still have not gotten a response. Their online chat person also just said that they will send an email and did not actually give a proper response. I would avoid this brand, the product doesn't really do what it's meant to and the customer service is terrible.

EDIT: I have changed this review from 1 star to 4. They did ultimately provide good service to complete the return. I believe the online chat and email only communication significantly slows down the process. Overall, although a bit slow initially the customer service experience was good.

Support quickly help me with my H1 chair.
After determining the issue, they quickly sent me a replacement part. I am happy with the prompt response and polite support!

The is an excellent company that offers great customer service and good products.

People seemed friendly, they proactively contacted me with an update on a delivery delay with some suggested fixes

I needed a part to be replaced due to be broken and the customer care was excellent.

The Hinomi client service is super fast.
I actually needed to replace a gas lift for my chair, for being a bit high, it only took four days to deliver the lift for me.

Chaise de bonne qualité très confort, peut faire mal au dos au début mais il faut s’en servir 2 semaines mini je dirais avant que son corps si fasse et après c’est nickel, plus de mal de dos rien.
Le SAV est très bon aussi, j’ai eu un petit soucis avec le dossier de ma chaise, et ils m’ont renvoyé un très rapidement.

The products are well-designed & -made, and reasonably priced. I bought twice in the past few months. The deliveries were very fast. The customer service was reliable and trustworthy. I highly recommend purchasing from Hinomi.

The Hinomi customer service is fast and impressive. I and 5'10" and ordered the standard size chair thinking it would work for both me and my wife. Upon installing, I realized that the chair height was too low for my comfort and sent a note to the customer service. They quickly responded and send me a tall size gas lift piston. The piston was easy to install and fixed my problem. I love my new chair.

Support responded quickly and provided me with what I needed to fix my chair. I am extremely happy with my chair and the company that made it.

Ordered TWO chairs. ONLY one arrived and was very late from original date. NO notification or messages from Hinomi as to why only one arrived. TO make it worse they have NO phone number to contact. ANY company that is afraid to offer phone support is questionable.

Updated, still no direct phone on their site, but they did contact me. Only one chair and the second will be many weeks from promised date, Will update once second chair arrives

Updated: eventually we received second chair, took some time but resolved

Best service and product. Got my chair in 24 hours instead of 7-9 days, assembled easily, and feel perfect!
Finally, my back is relieved from long working hours!

I purchased x1 few weeks ago.
I can tell this is most amazing chair in my life.
So comfortable and good support my back.
And also arm rest are so wonderful. They can be tilted and moves to any where.
And customer service is also fantastic!!!
I ordered extra high but I felt it was little high for me, so I contacted customer service.
They sent new standard gas lift next day!!

As i read online about their customer support reviews already, I also had a great experience in amending my order that i messed up online. They answered me in the middle of the night to make sure i get the correct order. 5/5 for their customer support.

I order an H1 pro but realized I ordered an XL by mistake! I immediately contacted customer support and they were super helpful and responsive. They were able to correct my order for me and still get my chair delivered to me in only a few days. definitely some of the best customer service I’ve ever received! I am very happy with my purchase and definitely think this is worth the price. The quality of the materials is super solid and doesn’t feel cheap at all. Assembly was super easy and only took 10 minutes!

I had an issue with the back support being stuck in the most reclined position. In under 12 hours I had a description of the fix along with a video link to the exact spot in the video that explains it in detail. The fix worked a charm. Top class support team!
