I preordered the chair back in September 2023. I didn’t know the brand, but I thought I would take a chance, and back something cool, as I liked what they were saying on their website. BIG MISTAKE, as Hinomi is yet another company that will take your money and run, while leaving you with a product that does not work.
I bought the H1 Pro, as soon as i got it, i felt something was wrong, the neck support was unusable - there is no way you can adjust it, so it actually works - but as it was ordered online, i didn’t want to try and pack it back down and send it across europe, i thought i would give it a try for a while to see if i would get used to it. I soon realized nope the product is simply faulty.
A few months after Hinomi rushed out a version 2 - they claim the version 1 was not faulty, but funnily enough the version two has a brand new neck rest design (as the major change).
They leave the early adopters who took a chance on them, with a chair that is not working correctly, but thats just too bad for us right? They do not want to send a replacement, or fix what is broken.
So all in all, just remember what kind of company you are dealing with, when thinking about ordering something from them. Is this the kind of corporation you want to support? One who is greedy and does not take care of the customers who take a chance on them? hmm… I obviously won’t be buying or recommending this company to anyone.
