My physio recommended HINOMI because of my neck issues. We are looking at PC screen all day and neck needs to rest. This chair has head rest and the shape of the chair is so good to stretch/relax your body, especially for neck. It is not super expensive and was a great purchase! Smooth delivery too.

The chair is extremely comfy due to the numerous adjustments that may be made to suit my body contour when I am seated. It's tailored just for me with all its adjustable features. I had a similar product from your close competitor and have no regret switching. Great product. Thanks

I've been working from home for about a year now and I finally decided to upgrade my home office! I saw a viral Instagram video and I was a bit skeptical about buying at first because I had never heard of the brand before, and it's also expensive!! but I decided to take a risk and invest in a newer, comfortable and ergonomic chair and it's the best decision I ever made! I would rate it: 9.5/10

Comfort: 10/10
- well thought out design, I love that you're able to work productively OR pull out the foot rest, recline and lounge around!
- the mesh seats are very comfortable and breathable so I don't sweat
- adjusting the armrests, headrest, and lumbar support was all super easy!

Functionality: 10/10
- It's a very sturdy chair! It looks and feels like it's gonna last me a long time!!
- aesthetically, so many beautiful colors! I ended up getting the ice green! Looks like mint :)

Customer Service: 10/10
- A+ I ordered the chair and ended up wanting to change the color and they were quick to respond and help me before the item was shipped! Although there was a delay in shipping, they sent an email to notify me and it actually got to my place way faster than I expected!

Easy to build: 9/10
- Took me about 15-20 min to build the chair by myself! Instructions were easy to follow. The package itself was heavy, but the individual components were manageable!
- The only thing that was kind of hard to install were the wheels on the chair! I definitely had to jam it in but at the end of the day I was able to build the chair and it's perfect!

Definitely recommend splurging on this chair if you're looking to upgrade and make an investment on yourself in the long run. I love it! So glad I found it on Instagram!!

I've been suffering from back pain due to long hours at my desk, but the Hinomi H1 Pro has been a lifesaver. The 3D lumbar support is amazing, it provides just the right amount of support to my lower back. The chair is also very easy to assemble and adjust. The delivery was fast and the customer service was very helpful. I highly recommend this chair to anyone who spends a lot of time at their desk.

I've tried many office chairs over the years, but this one stands out. The quality of materials, the ergonomic design, and the ease of assembly are unmatched. It's a bit on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for. A+!

Ordered a chair, but although it was scheduled for collection nothing appeared over the coming week. I contacted Hinomi directly twice (email and livechat) and then escalated to Paypal. At this point, Hinomi responded. I got my chair sorted very quickly after that and even a £20 refund as the discount had increased in the time the delay had cost. Overall very happy with the chair, and customer care was good - although only 4 stars as they took a while to respond.

Honestly, this chair is a lifesaver. My posture has improved and no more back pains. The breathable mesh is perfect for long hours of work. The adjustable features are just the cherry on top. Highly recommend!

I've been working from home for the past year and my back was killing me with my old chair. The H1 Pro has been a game changer. The lumbar support is top-notch and the adjustable armrests are a blessing. Took me just 5 mins to set it up. Worth every penny!

It was not good experience initially as it took weeks to resolve, however, Denis from Hinomi jumped into the issue and managed to resolve and refunded me in full. Really appreciate for his commitment and resolution. I understand mistakes happen but people like Denis from Hinomi deserve more and better. Thanks Denis for resolving the issue for me and refunding in full.

Received the chair over a month ago. Found it very uncomfortable and hot incredible bad back ache. Have spent the last 4 weeks trying to get the chair returned- I wouldn’t usually buy something like this without seeing it but did because of the no quibble 30 day return. However, the customer service is very slow, emails that aren’t responded to for a few days, promises to arrange pick up that don’t materialise. Also, very difficult/ impossible to repack the chair/ instructions very poor, all in all I would not recommend as very difficult to return, I am not sure how or where to escalate this now as the item is really expensive.

Hinomi ne publie pas non plus les mauvais avis sur son site, et va même jusqu'à proposer une "compensation" pour résoudre le problème. Publicité mensongère, article de piètre qualité. A fuir de toute urgence, surtout vu le prix exorbitant pour l'article proposé.

Very poor quality. Product lasted only a few months. Hinomi not at all interested in resolving the fault. I would not recommend for anyone to buy a Hinomi product. There are much better quality products out there.

I bought the chair after buying one for my brother as a birthday gift, and trying it; to then realize how feature-rich and comfortable it was. I did a lot of research for ergonomic chairs available locally, and many shared the same traits: adjustable lumbar support, seat distance, headrest, and armrest; mesh build; pull out leg rest. But this chair is the only one that had all these features included, and at an even better price than some which offer only some of the features mentioned. And plus the 12-year warranty too! Which I hope doesn't need to be used, but if I do, I would hope the customer service will be as great as the chair :)

The features make the seat an all encompassing "comfort chameleon" as it is so adaptable to what activity I'm doing. Working from home - a standard format. Gaming - arm rests pulled towards the desk to allow full arm support. Petting my cat on my lap - leg rests out, with arms moved away. Lounging/Watching a show or movie/ napping - back rest declined, leg rests out, arm rests rotated.

In conclusion, I can foresee myself getting the same chair for loved ones and friends if I had cash lying around because this is likely the best chair I've used in my life!

Side note: I’m surprised I’ve not seen influencers or content creators use this chair in their content…..

Super comfortable and delivery was fast. Easy setup it you are a male but ladies will find it a little hard to setup the whole chair even when there are instructions given as the chair itself is not light.
Think I won’t buy another office chair for a very long time….

Very very good chair. Bought due to my friend’s recommendation. The leg rest is useful to turn into a temporary bed for an afternoon nap!!!!

I purchased the ergonomic chair from Hinomi following a friend’s recommendation. The chair is very comfortable, and really a “must” for whoever works long hours sitting in front of the PC. It is definitely a good investment for my back, and more importantly for my health!

Don't buy!! Horrible quality and customer service..Purchased from official website. Got plastic fractions falling off from chair (really plastically feeling, poor quality). Can't lean forward with lumbar and back support. Horrible customer service in the UK, can only send emails (very slow reply, once in a day/two days, have been talking to them for the return for two weeks!) or chats (no response), very frustrating experience.. They refused to pay for the return at the beginning saying they didn't see the fraction was from their chair. After negotiating for two week, they finally booked the delivery for return, but it's not a home collection (they expect me to carry the heavy chair to the delivery store?) with wrong flat number (such a stupid mistake to make, I got the chair with correct address their ordered.. Did they put wrong address on purpose?) Disgusting purchasing experience overall. Folks, don't trust those 5-star reviewers, most them are liars or trolls they hired!!!
