I recently purchase a chair from Hinomi - what a product it is! I have now been using for the last one month and it is an extra ordinary product... Not only the chair, but super quick delivery and outstanding customer service! I fully recommend...

ordered the standing desk 55". got the hardware, but not the table top at the same time, customer service was able to provide me with constant updates to when the table top would arrive. also provided tracking numbers at the time of the order for me to get updates. Once all was received, easy assembly, and exactly what I was looking for, for my home office. comes with 4 pre-set heights, quiet motor, minimalist look. better than I expected

Amazing company. Quality product as well as quality service. Had an issue with the gas strut. Contacted custome service, very professional and helpful, got sent a replacement strut right away, with instructions and videos of how to replace it. Highly recommend!

Amazing customer service! They've helped me solve an issue, even after a long time I purchased the chair, and they were the ones reaching out to me, throughout, to make sure it got fixed.

STEAR CLEAR of Hinomi. Had the chair for a week and was in so much pain I decided to return it. They REFUSED despite their online return policy saying 30 days from the date of delivery. I had bought a returned chair and so they counted the 30 days from the date I saw the chair in the showroom (???). Not 30 days from payment, or 30 days from delivery (against their policy). STAY AWAY unless you’re ready to start the 30 day countdown from where your eyes passed over the picture of the product.

Seul bémol lors de l'achat, la livraison : DPD est représenté en France par Chronopost qui ne livre pas à domicile parce que le colis était trop lourd... LOL
J'ai du me rendre en voiture chez Chronopost (il m' fallu faire 10 km en voiture) pour prendre possession d'un colis lourd et volumineux.
Mon meilleur conseil à Hinomi : changez de transporteur et adressez vous à des professionels ...

I have the H1 pro and I can feel my back and hips aligning after years of back problems, sitting in a plain office chair. It is so comfortable and sitting with good posture just happens naturally.

My problems were with DPD who failed to deliver my parcel on 4 occasions. In despair I reached out to Hinomi. C. Yng responded to my support ticket and contacted DPD for me. They changed the driver and my chair was delivered. Had it of failed a 5th time, C. Yng assured me that they would make alternative arrangements to ensure I received my product.

I decided to bite the bullet to buy a 'Top of the range' (at the time) chair from Hinomi (H1 Pro Ergonomic Office Chair) as I started to get back ache from a chair I bought from a famous Swedish furniture store.

I work at my desk at home 5 days a week so my chair must be comfortable / silent & reliable.

After 2 years of daily use it started to creak (I am 6"4 and 'carry a bit of timber'). I contacted HINOMI and was happy to find it was covered by the warranty. They immediately shipped out replacement parts that fixed the issue. The communication via email was brilliant - they checked the part arrived / made sure that the chair was fixed and that I was happy with everything.

I'm glad I bought a HINOMI (though the price was initially tough to swallow).

If you want a chair that can be used day in and out that is really comfortable - with fantastic support (mechanical and email) - I can highly recommend HINOMI.

I looked for an ergonomic chair for my back and neck for a moment, it is hard to find a chair for my small size (1.58 cm). I have the normal home chair and office chair, they have ok back support but not for the neck; i can't rest my head on the headrest; my neck can't touch the headrest no matter how much I adjust. Thus I started my research and found HINOMI H1 PRO V2. The V2 chair's headrest can be moved up and down, front and back (the only difference between V1 and V2 is the headrest). This is amazing! The one who designed it is genius!
Hinomi is from the sentence "Highly Ergonomic" based on their linkedin page, I think this is their DNA. I recommend their H1 PRO V2.

I have been seeing adds for this chair for some time and being skeptical about office/gaming chairs as someone with Sciatica pain wanted to try it out before I purchased. I reached out over email at the London City Road location, John was quick to respond and booked me in to come by the showroom and test out the chair. I was blown away by the features and the comfort as I'm replacing a gaming chair and the Hinomi H1 hit the mark in all departments for adjustable features, back support, comfort and price - I used to work at staples business depot selling office chairs and safe to say every aspect of this chair has been thought out and engineered for a purpose which I really liked. John was extremely helpful showing me the different chairs and features, I would highly recommend stopping by and testing out the chairs, John is super helpful and a friendly bloke helped me select the right chair (there is different height options). I purchased one as soon as I got home and cant wait to receive it.

I was looking to spend some Christmas money, and my wife suggested I get a decent office chair, as I spend a fair bit of my life working from home.

I didn't have enough money to go with a very well-known brand and TBH, even if I did, I think I'd grudge spending £1500 on a mesh chair.

After much research, I settled on Himoni and noted that they were given a healthy discount (although I believe they do this regularly...watch out for it). I went for the H1 Pro, and it was delivered right on time and a piece-of-cake to assemble - 5 minutes in total.

However, there was a very small tear on one of the foot pads in the footrest. I emailed Hinomi's support that evening and received an email the next day stating they would send out a brand-new footrest. This was received within a couple of days.

After a couple of weeks, I'd recommend highly. With so many adjustments, everyone should find the right setting for them - I'm not sure what other reviewers were doing to find this uncomfortable.

One feature I particularly like is that the arms fold right back. I do like a tidy desk at the end of a busy day, and the fact that I can roll this right under the desk is excellent. I know you can fold it in half and have it under the desk, but I see this as a bit of gimmick. Good for moving house perhaps.

I had a minor issue (my fault), but the customer service team went above and beyond and resolved everything quickly with minimal fuss. Would recommend the company, 5 stars to the team.

The chair is not very comfortable, and after few months of use it's giving me a serious back pain.
Arrived quickly and it's easy to assemble but it's quite heavy and hard to relocate of needed.

I ordered two chairs for my company. On the website delivery deadline is 4 days after ordering. Until now product not received. Trying to contact hinomi using chat but no answer received.

AWFUL Customer Service

Since August 2023, Hinomi has REFUSED to arrange collection and refund me for a faulty chair. They were informed of the fault within 30 days and I even purchased a second chair to replace the faulty chair from them which thankfully was absolutely fine. Despite this I have been left out of pocket with an unusable chair in a very large box in my house. I will never use this company again based solely on its poor regard of its customers. Once it has your money, they no longer care. AVOID at all costs! I will be speaking to my lawyers next to assist with enforcing my consumer rights.

This chair truly lives up to its promises. The adjustable settings are excellent, and the lumbar support is exactly what I require. It combines style with functionality.

This chair is incredibly versatile with all its adjustable features, and it's probably more affordable than other pricier chairs that do the same things. It took me a bit to figure out all the tweaks at first, and I needed some time to get used to this new seat. The extra leg support doesn't seem useful although it seemed like a good idea at first. However, the tension support for the back is great.
