As a landlord they are always on hand to help and give great advice throughout the process leading up to the letting and their service throughout the letting has been extremely proactive when issues with the property have arisen.

I really appreciate that Simon always answers my questions promptly, no matter how many questions and emails that i send him! Plus they have really worked hard to rent my property out and they have found me some good tenants. Their fees are reasonable and they have advised me on what documents i have needed, as I am new to this area.
