Good handling of a problem.
A good parameter with which to measure the quality of an business is how they deal with customers' problems.
I had a problem with an item (manufacturing fault), a refund for the return postage was issued and a replacement item dispatched before they'd even received the faulty item.
I couldn't be more pleased with the service.

Ordered a tool set , it was out of stock due to high demands. Luke kept me updated regularly. I said I'm prepared to wait . He constantly kept me informed of progress. I have now received tool set with two sheets of lino as a good will guesture. Excellent customer service. Well done!
