Wrong age for modern technology but with Olivia's help and assistance I am up and running. Even managing to be impressed with the information I can get from it.

I have to say I wasn’t expecting too much from customer service but Olivia has been honest and amazing with my health issues . I really appreciate the time she has taken to make sure the monitor was right for me and not hard sell . Probably the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Thank you Olivia

HLTH Band is a practical health tracker for everyday use. I like that it monitors key wellness data such as heart rate, sleep, stress, HRV, activity and blood oxygen, while staying comfortable enough to wear day and night.

It’s simple, discreet and easy to use, with long battery life and no hidden subscription. Overall, it’s a great option for anyone who wants to better understand their body and daily habits without wearing a bulky smartwatch.

Asked a question and got an answer, can’t say fairer than that.

After an unfortunate breakdown in tracking information, which coincided with a lack of response to messages, Olivia took matters into her hand and gave great service, explaining what had happened and checking the progress of my parcel. I now have it and am very pleased with its performance and appearance.

Although the response to my repurchase questions took a couple of days to arrive, the support from Olivia was good. Now awaiting delivery of my band.

All in all a great company to deal with I love the health band works well for me and a big shout out to Olivia In customer service for all her help a credit to the company.

It works very well, uses hardly any battery (30 day life) and reports BP and other stats hourly.
Sleep reporting is a bit hit and miss, but that wasn't why I bought it.
If I can work out how to extract my BP data to a useable file and email, it will be perfect.

All working as promised. No issues encountered so far although it’s early days. Would recommend to anyone looking out for their health

Yes got my health band up and running it's fantastic layout graphically checking all the stats along with colour options on the stats pages , it's impressive it gives blood pressure readings and oxygen levels as well as counting my steps and distance. This is a very well priced fitness band better stats than a lot of top brand watches give

Great piece of kit, comfortable, battery lasts ages, good stats, great value for money

Had a question went on the ask page of the app. Got a very quick response. Which answered the question in full. Do far very impressive with the device

Can’t comment yet on the product yet as not received it yet, but would like to say the customer service from Olivia has been fantastic after ordering it and then realising I would be away at the World Cup for the delivery, so asked if I could change my delivery address, incredibly prompt reply and address changed! Look forward to see if products as good as their customer service

I've had the HLTH band for a few weeks and it's become an integral part of life! As a midlife woman, it's so reassuring to be able to track my own health metrics when I want. I particularly appreciate the holistic view that it provides of my own body. The band is very comfy - I sometimes forget that I'm wearing it! Great product 👍

Having done the research, I took the plunge! The purchase process was straight forward and the communication about the order was good. The delivery service was the only negative but that is not the fault of HLTH. I reached out to see why my product was stuck in the Yodel warehouse, and the agaent from HLTH provided me with a positive update on delivery. Since the product arrived I have been impressed with the ease of set-up, and the level of data available for view, overall a good investment and a lot less faff than cuff style BP monitoring. The supporting videos (YouTube) make getting to know and navigating the product easy.

First one was defective and was replaced, second one took so long to set up but got it set up. Instructions are pathetically poor. So I must wait and compare it when I go for my check up next week to give a true valuation

Had a couple of queries after ordering. Both promptly resolved by Olivia, product has arrived, set up was child’s play and generating useful data that I’m cross checking with my static test machines. Overall impressive
