Do NOT buy from them

Do NOT buy from them. Ordered a pair of shoes that were sold out everywhere(should have known it was too good to be true) received tracking and the second day of it being shipped out my shoes were seized by usps because it was counterfeit postage. I called customer service and they want to blame it on usps and there being a “glitch” on the tracking. So now I’m going through my bank and other means to get my money back because they won’t. Don’t bother with this company. It’s a scam.

NEVER EVER GO IN STORE IN MAGEE,MS AND OREER SHOES, YOU WILL NOT GET YOJR REFUND NOR SHOES HERE IT IS day 12 with no refund or shoes!!!!!

On December 27th, 2023 I went into to

return a pair of shoes and do a size change on two other pair of shoes I had purched on December 7th… I gave it a few days due to holidays etc. so on I had ordered other shoes from another store and they had arrived Jan. 3 (I ordered them Jan.1st) so I began to question where was my shoes I exchange in store that was suppose to be here within 3-5 days, normally get them within 3 days or less. So I called the Magee store and asked for the assisted manager who assisted me with this order. She asked me for information that she had never gave me, so she said she was placing me a on a brief hold and hung up, the next day k called back and asked for the manager, I was put on hold again and they hung up. So on Jan. 5th i went into Magee store to get answers, the young lady that was helping at the store (wasn’t her normal store) was able to tell me the shoes were in Alabama and gave me customer relation # and my order and tracking number, the manager was on break and told them to call her if she was really needed *tuh* so I called customer relation I was able to get to the bottoms of why I haven’t received my shoes, it was because my address was entere wrong by the assisted manager sho made sure I knew what was the assisted manager. So I was told they I would be getting a refund , I was told this on Jan 5th. So I gave them til Monday (today) Jan 8th to refund my money back to my card. So no money, no shoes and no emails or nothing. So I call customer relation and spoke with a lady name Ericka who claimed she was handling everything, she gave me case numbers, said she was entering a ticket and putting it in and I could go into the Magee store where I paid for the shoes and get a cash refund, (I paid with a card) so I did what I was told. I get to store and ask for a manager, it took her almost 15 minute to even come the back, need to remind you there were no customers and she come out talking in her cell, not business it was a personal call. So when she finally decided to help me, she said she couldn’t refund me, there was no information, no ticket submitted and she also went to call customer relation, I gave her order number. Tracking number etc. so after being in the store 45 minutes talking to atleast 5 different ppl from customer relation, one included a supervisor name Steven who told me there wa nothing he could do and transferred me back to a customer service agent, that agent name was Allison or something she told me that the ticket was submitted, and I would get a email with payment option, I asked her what did she mean and she said if I paid with a debit car that it would have to be paid back in a check which would take 3-5 business days for me to receive the email and 7-10 business days for me to receive t the check… No way she told me that and I didn’t pay with a check and just like I was told from customer relation that the store couldn’t give me back cash because I didn’t pay with cash, I was agreeing to them sending me a check and I didn’t oah with a check, and because I disagreed with it the customer agent hung up in my face. So I called back and spoke with Kathleena a supervisor, she assured me that I was getting wrong information about the cash in store refund, the 7-10 business days check and everything else I was told. She told me I would get a confirmation email 3-5 business days and then the refund process would start. Over never had this issue with hibbett sports and I Always always use them their literally my first go to for shoes. This has been a disaster and I hope my money want took by the person that took my order because she no longer works there. This is a terrible look and makes me never want to give my money to this company again. Beware of young ppl in these store handle your money .

This place sucks. Store in the mall in Altamonte Springs. I do not want to go here ever again. I bought a pair of shoes they wouldn't let me return without a box. This was a Christmas present and I have the receipt!!!!!!! Do NOT buy anything with this place

Bad customer service

My wife got me some cleats for Christmas which was supposed to be new. She bought them back in late September. I didn't open the cleats until Christmas which is past their 60 days return policy. When I opened the package, the cleats were clearly used bc the bottom were dirty and there was some dirt still stuck on it. I contacted support and was denied partial refund bc it has been past the time frame. Great customer service right there. If I wanted used cleats, I would've gotten it from Facebook marketplace.

I will never order from Hibbett sports…

I will never order from Hibbett sports again! Ordered shoes in Dec 2023 never got the shoes no tracking number nothing! Had to call just for them to tell me that my order was lost in transit. Still waiting for a refund and it's Jan! They keep saying its processing but they have still not given my money back. Customer service is a joke.

I ordered a pair of Nike Air Force 1. I got both shoes, same size (I read other reviews saying they would send two different sizes or only one shoe…!).

My first reaction was the box they came in -clearly been in more than a couple of households.. and probably been tossed around, the paper the shoes were wrapped in was old, full of holes and ripped. It looked nasty and not very professional.

The shoes are another story.

Factory seconds, that’s what they were. Yellow glue stains, ripped in the leather and other kinds of stains. These shoes is supposed to be Colgate-white.

I paid retail price.

Customer service, did not care. The lady avoided all responsibility. Good to talk about their policies. She did not offer me any customer service.

I would for real steer away from this company. They had so much to say about their policies.. what they did not say is that their business is ripping people off by actively doing fraud in many creative ways..

Worst place

Worst place . I order a child size shoe and get wrong shoe wrong size they tell me they are unable to re-ship what I ordered. I have to return what they sent and replace an order and that refund takes 90 days whatever . Y’all made the mistake not me

WORST SERVICE EVER! 2 RIGHT SHOES...

I bought shoes for my grandson for Christmas. When he opened them Christmas morning, there was 2 right shoes and one was a 10 1/2 the other was a 9 1/2. He was super dissapointed. We went back to the Peachtree City GA store. They could not find any matching shoes. They offered a refund. Then they told my son in law we could go to the Newnan store and they had a matching shoe in his size. We drove all the way to Newnan to get the matching shoe to make a complete pair. They did not have it. They couldn't find it. They were very offish and put out when they couldn't find it. They went on to help everyone else in the store but us as we waited for them to get us the matching shoe. We definitely felt a "vibe" from all of the store personel to the point of being rude. I will never shop this store again. Nor will I shop any of these stores. DEFINITELY DO NOT SHOP HERE!

This is the worst place to order…

This is the worst place to order ANYTHING! HOW DO YOU ORDER everything together and only receive 1 pair out of 2. I spent $318. I ordered on December 16th. And got 1 pair on December 18th. The other pair hasn't updated until Christmas, now they're saying I have to wait until January 1st to get a refund. On top of all of this, it was a Christmas gift that was for my son! The customer service was ridiculous. It wasn't her that it happened to so she honestly didn't care! If I were you, I'd save the trouble and just order from somewhere else.

Well after reading I guess im not the only one - I spent $256 online placed the order 12-19 for 1-2 day delivery that same night the shoes were cancelled on their end which really ticked me off because the outfits & t-shirts I ordered were all centered around the shoes. Out of 4 things i got 1 - today i was on with the worst customer service reps - in all my years ive never know a company to use door dash to deliver my order but they said they weren’t able to track my order & to give it more time should be here by 5 pm - that didn’t happen so I called customer service back again & the lady actually asked why i thought i would get this by Christmas?? she said honestly you should have ordered months ago - to make a very long story after 45 min her supervisor said the order was canceled & they issued me a refund !!! I will NEVER shop there again !!! Customer Service is a JOKE

I placed an almost 300 order online…

I placed an almost 300 order online with Hibbet Sports December 16th. The order said delivery before Christmas. Estimated arrival Dec 23rd.
So today I check it tells me my item is 16 miles away at a Hub and I can now expect it on December 27th.
I've called UPS and Hibbett no resolution. However Supervisor Loretta was the most unempathetic, could care less person I've ever spoken with. I asked her to reach out to UPS to see if I could pick the item up. She continues to say we aren't offering any appeasement. Horrible just disgusting.
Im.a faithful customer or was. She totally ruined my Christmas. I will not longer use Hibbett for anything in store or onljne.

I open my order getting ready to wrap…

I open my order getting ready to wrap the gifts cause they are Christmas gifts for my kids. Paid almost $300 on some damn shoes that I wouldn’t even buy for myself. Open ope one of the boxes and the other shoe is missing. I am pissed. Can’t get in contact with no one after five. So now my kids Christmas is all the way messed up. Never again.

No no… don’t buy here

I bought my son a jacket and not only did I get the wrong size. It came with no tags in addition to that the security device was still attached. I was not able to return it because I had to send it to Costa Rica to him before his birthday. This is the worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced with any company. Never again.

It’s the Holidays and Hibbett sent me…

It’s the Holidays and Hibbett sent me another persons order! Try to return in the store, as the FIRST customer service rep told me to do, and they tell me they can not do it there since I received someone else’s order. My information is in the outside of the package, but the items and paper on the inside is for someone else. After the THIRD call to a customer service rep I am told I get a 20%off coupon…….(that DOES NOT EVEN COMPENSATE)

They don't have enough cash to give you back a cash refund.

I brought a pair of shoes my son didn't like them. Mind you I paid with cash. I go to get a refund and the store manager tells me that they don't have any money in the register to give me a refund "me still trying to be calm" the manager asked "do I have a card to put the money on?" I replied "no, I didn't pay with card". The manager then tells me "oh you can go to the other store they have the money the store is bigger" so I go to the other store and they tell me the same thing, now I'm mad, I drove all the way to the other store for them to tell me the same thing "frustrated" at this point. So now I'm calling customer service but of course they can't help but say we'll send you a check in two to three weeks "huh" I told her you didn't wait two weeks to get your money, why should I have to wait that long and then I'll have to pay taxes to cash the check, Ma'am that don't make any since at all. Long story short no resolution. Nothing done and I'm still loosing. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP THERE.

Absolutely true reviews. This company clearly shady and have no logistics skills at all. Shipping has been over two weeks with limited information. Company chose to use the slowest shipping agent possible for expensive package this time or year which is dumb!!!!! I am not confident at all that i will receive these shoes. It should have to be so much drama to get something you paid for. Im good on using them in the future too many other companies that care that u get your package timely

Yes I ordered the Nike women’s Air Bomber jacket 11/23/23 never got it so I call customer service on 12/2/23 spoke to representative , he was dead ass sad sorry he never put the claim to to grant my refund he told me the Oder never left the warehouse it was lost he just lied to me when I called back on 12/05/23 gave me the run around saying my bank was the hold up .. ok I called back several times no refund then I call back today the representative tried to start a ticket but also told me I would get a text but instead I got a email saying the jacket had been delivered at my house okay very short notice since I have been waiting 15 days on the item and I’m not home terrible customer service the supervisor got o. The phone and he did refuse to refund my money I’m so done with Hibbett sport plus the store in Bastrop is a hot ass mess the associate there are rude well it’s o e particular big girl that so dam rude I can’t even shop there that’s why I go online but that’s all over for Hibbett there are so many others that sell the same merchandise Nike.com kids footlocker the footlocker etc and the service is way better and faster 🫛 on Hibbett in Bastrop La I’m done frfr
