They promises discounts if you sign up for an account or emails and then won’t let you use them on their products. Super frustrating when trying to compete with other retailers. Talked to customer service, they don’t really care.

Very disappointed I guess a customer service skills are needed for this job they're very rude and short and God forbid if you ask him a question because then it's just like pandemonium never go there again

I did some Black Friday deals here on this site. And after wards they told me that there were no available items 4 days later. Very unprofessional and sucks because they're my Christmas gifts and now what am I going to do? Thanks a lot. Horrible experience. Will not be ordering anything from them again.

There are two girls that work at the hibbett’s in Tahlequah Oklahoma that have been harassing a girl and her friends and they are threatening to fight her and she’s pregnant! The staff there is horrible and one of the girls is a manager and her name is Maddie Keys and the other one is Cheyenne Christie! I’m reporting it on here because they have been harassing them while at work and at home!

I ordered a product and didn't realize until yesterday that it had never been delivered. It is showing in the tracking information that FedEx never received the package. The company refuses to do anything since they said it's been longer than 60 days. This is theft; dare I say that it is a scam. They need to be shut down.

My mother ordered a jacket as a christmas gift from them in early september. They sent a shipping email with a fake tracking number that never went anywhere.

A few months later, realizing it hadn't come, she followed up with customer service. They confirmed that she would not receive the package and that she would not receive a refund, citing a 60 day window period.

She asked to speak with a manager, they said, "we will have one call you sometime in the next 24-48 hours, and make sure to be there because we will call any time day or night". Totally wilding.

As the other reviews point out, this is a pattern of theft.

Edit: This issue was resolved with Greg at the corporate office. He worked diligently to remedy the situation, and was able to correct the error. I am happy with the prompt solution I received from their corporate offices.

I ordered a pair of Jordan 1 Low "Fierce Pink" Grade School Girls' Shoes on November 10. They have been difficult to find, and are now sold out (everywhere).

I received my shoes on November 18. When I opened the box, the shoes that were packaged and sent were two different sizes. Not only are they two different sizes, they were tagged as two different sizes by someone in their warehouse and approved for shipping.

These shoes are sold out, and now unreplaceable. The customer service department was unhelpful, telling me to take the shoes to my local Hibbetts and return them and ask for another pair. I asked customer service to please check where these shoes might be in stock so I don't go on a wild goose chase around my city. All things that the representative should have done without me asking. After some time, they informed me that the only option is to return the shoes back to them. There is no replacement available. I am unable to purchase these shoes from Hibbett, or anywhere now and this is a direct result of a warehouse employee's careless mistake.

App won’t allow user in, says using automation tools. Customer service is useless.

My husband ordered a pair of sneakers online using Google pay. I wish he'd checked the reviews first. Hours later thousands of dollars were fraudulently taken from our bank account. Don't use this site.

Do not buy shoes or anything actually from Hibbett or City gear. The customer service is the worst. Bought New balance shoes that the red suede rubbed off on the white part of the shoe so after it only being 2 days I took them back to where they said I needed to get approval through corporate, so after a 10 minute call of nothing they said someone would get back to me in a couple days but after about 3 weeks they finally sent an email asking for pictures but the shoes were already ruined and worn for work or any other occasion other than them needing to look clean on my feet. So well played on their part of waiting so long to address my complaint that the shoes were beyond warranty. So again DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANNA HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IF THERES EVER A PROBLEM

I ordered 2 Nike shoes on them Oct 17, and they canceled it for no reason. They didnt even contacted me about it. Im not sure if this site is legit.

I was hesitant after the reviews on this site. I was able to find the sneaker I was looking for several weeks.
Received the sneaker and quick shipping.

I ordered 11 days ago and wait for them to fulfill those orders then they cancelled all my ordered for the reason can not fulfill,so waste time with them and almost holidays coming,people buy their gifts and later find out can not fulfill their gift for them,don't shop at this.

Awful customer service they are rude and I got less than half of the stuff I ordered they lost all of it in shipping and then canceled the rest

Ordered shoes online got the confirmation number money was taken out my account and all waited 8 days after it said my order was shipped in 2 called customer service just for them to tell me my shoes has been sold and I should re-order them if I didn’t call I wouldn’t have known anything now I have to wait 5 days for a refund……I will NEVER order from them again!!!!!

Where are my freakin' shoes I ordered? It's been over a week and no updates on the Tracking information either. I regret not spending another $20 to get them at the mall instead! Will never shop at this piece of crap place again. Working on a credit card refund at this point.

Tim the manager did awesome he was the only employee around and there was five families there looking for shoes. He went and received them and did not complain. I asked him if he was the only one working and he said no his other manager was in the back…I wanted to show appreciation because he helped us find the right shoes for our Florida trip and he was friendly. Everyone go to hibbets for deals and the best prices and accommodation. He deserves a raise for being the man to show me what I needed!
