The almost immediate response from…
The almost immediate response from Celia B and Jericho P is something I have never experienced before when it comes to filing a claim. From the time I filed the claim to the email I received saying that the pieces I requested replacement for were already approved to be shipped was about 12 hours. It made me feel seen and heard. Also, the ease of using the platform, uploading the video was super easy, even for someone like me thats usually challenged in these situations.

Still chasing my refund - HCUK133271
Do not order from HexClad if you want a refund. HexClad arranged collection of my items on 13 November 2025 and confirmed they had received the items on 17 November 2025. Despite requesting my refund on multiple occasions, I have not received a refund despite it being a legal requirement in the UK for a retailer to provide a refund within 14days of receiving the returned items. Every time I contact HexClad support I get a response from a different person, each time stating they will get back to me with an updated response as soon as possible. Yet, no-one from HexClad every gets back to me unless I send another message for an update. HexClad have approximately £400 of my money and are in no rush in returning it to me. It seems I am not the only person struggling to get a refund from HexClad.

Very impressed with customer service
I had to contact Hexclad customer services today for an issue with a recent purchase, and I must say the experience was one that lifted my spirits, with professionalism and total understanding.
I love the Hexclad range, having been in the catering industry earlier in my life I'm a keen home cook, and Hexclad have agreat selection of pans for every job.
The staff that helped me out were outstanding, I can't thank them enough for their quick response and how fast they sorted my issue.
I would recommend Hexclad to anyone, many thanks again to all of you.
