1. Why is shipping so expensive for small light weight items even for ground delivery?
2. Do I have all the parts I need for the job? Does the website recommend any?
3. Am I certain I am getting the right parts? Why are so many photos of parts missing?

The part was exactly what I had ordered. Service and shipping were great! However the part with shipping was about $240. Coincidently my wife on the same day ordered the same part from another website for $161 with free shipping. The parts are both oem parts in the same packaging from the same company. It’s a tune up part needed once a year so I will keep the part for next year and avoid the hassle of a return. I thought that was dramatic difference for the cost of the same part.
