Henry Street Rose Nursery Recensioni

Clematis was well packed and arrived quickly. It looks healthy and we’ll hopefully have a super display next year.

My roses arrived well packed and very quickly.
I used the 'let me know when a rose is back in stock' service. This worked really well. I received an email and then ordered what I wanted. Great service.

“Remember Me” Rose was received most conveniently at 9 am on Wednesday morning. This was a gift from me to close relatives in memory of a very much loved husband, father, father-in-law, and grandfather, all of whom I was already planning to visit that day. So I was able to keep it in It’s protective box and packaging and deliver it later that same afternoon.

Always very good service, and quick and secure delivery.
Beautiful healthy plants.

All fine. Bare rose so I won't know how it is until next summer

My catalogue arrived on time

Everything set out beautifully. Great choice of roses. The shop good for buying presents when you cannot think of what to get a friend.

Informative, well-designed and organised catalogue arrived quite promptly.

Very happy with service.I have ordered a rose bush twice now. Order was fulfilled within stated time and with good communication. The roses were both nicely packaged, arrived healthy and good specimens.

Very pleased with the simplicity of using the website, finding the plant and making the payment. The recipient of the gift was thrilled with the quality of the plant, the excellent packaging and quick delivery.

We purchased the rose for a present our friends are really pleased with it but a bit disappointed with delivery said a date nit not delivered until the next day and a bit battered

Beautiful rose arrived on time, well-protected for transit, and exactly as advertised.
Great service. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Henry Street Nursery, or buying from them again.

The driver was very helpful, he advised me on looking after the roses, which came in very useful.

Excellent customer service and lovely rose bush too. Thank you.

The whole process was so easy and the roses (for a friend) were in amazing condition with beautiful leaves and buds! She was so happy with the rose! I sent a query the day before ordering and the customer service team got back to me as soon as they opened the next morning. Brilliant service and amazing roses.

Telephoned nursery prior to ordering was put though to a very knowledgeable and pleasant guy who assured me that he plant was looking good and potted

Roses arrived on time and beautiful plants in full bud and lush foliage. Will definitely buy again

The rose is beautiful, the delivery was terrible, the rose had been thrown around and the pot broken. But after contacting Henry Street Nursery they reimbursed delivery charges and a bit more for a new pot. I cannot fault their customer service. Would definitely use again although wish they would change their delivery company!
