Golden Valley Plants Recensioni

I just planted Hellebore HGC Winter Ballet Lola as a companion to Hellebore HGC Ice N’ Roses Early Rose. Lola arrived in excellent condition & will not be long in catching-up to Rose. I just received an email from Golden Valley with a first class ≈ 600 word guide to 'Looking after your Hellebores' - the advice maps exactly onto my experience with Rose, which is reassuring. Overall, for quality, service & V-for-M...10/10.

Wow! What fantastic plants - the best I have ever received from any supplier. Fantastic value, superb quality, excellent value, so well packed and delivered within a day or two of ordering. I am chuffed to bits and will be ordering a lot more from this company. Thank you so much.

Definitely the best online site to buy plants. Always in fantastic condition and if there are delays, Sally will sort it out immediately. If you’re not happy with what you receive, Sally will also exchange with no hassle. I have bought from a lot of plant online sites and can honestly say these guys are THE BEST

Incredible service! They restocked a wishlist plant online just for me, so I took advantage of their buy 2 get 1 free offer and ordered three 🙈. They arrived in fantastic condition thanks to the extra care with packaging. My three new plants are now the absolute pride and joy of my garden. Thank you to a wonderful team! 🫶

Absolutely delighted with the plants. They arrived in superb condition, fantastically well packaged, well established and very healthy.
It’s not often I can say this, regarding online plant purchases, but these really have exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this Company, will definitely order more.

Have been trying to get my hands on an Eclipse Hydrangea for months, so as soon as I saw a 4.5L one from Golden Valley I jumped at the chance, I didn’t know what to expect as it was my first order with them, but it was shipped on Tuesday as promised and arrived the next day, the quality of the plants is actually way beyond expectation for ordering online, fantastic quality for the money, and everything was shipped with the utmost care, will absolutely be ordering again, thank you so much!

Delighted with our shade collection. Great selection, very healthy plants and prompt delivery. Really helpful customer service too. Will certainly buy from this nursery again.

I was a bit nervous about ordering plants online after a bad experience before but I am very happy with the service I received from Golden Valley, the plants were delivered when I expected them and they are lovely and healthy. I would order from here again.

I have just placed an order with this company for a friend's birthday. If the roses are anywhere near as good as the customer service I received they will be wonderful. Can't wait to see them at the weekend. I will update this review once I have seen the roses.

I am a very keen gardener and open my garden with the NGS every year, as well as running a gardening course for Cambridge University of the Third Age.
I purchased 3 delphinium plants a few months ago, from this wonderful nursery, and they now have 16 flower spikes and look amazing! I only wish I had discovered your nursery years ago. I have recommended you to so many people and look forward to ordering more plants from you in the near future. Thank you!

Out of the other online plant sellers Golden Valley were packaged the most securely and not a single plant suffered/damaged. Really nice quality plants.

Very high quality plants, very well priced, very well packaged and delivered with care.
Will be using again, absolutely nothing not to like.

Outstanding healthy plants. Very well packaged. Highly recommended,

Just received 6 big plants from Golden Valley and they are in incredible condition . The soil was damp but not wet and the plants were perfectly protected. They arrived really quickly and I look forward to putting them in my North facing front garden, adding some well needed colour with your excellent choice of plants. I will definitely buy again.

My first time I bought from this company , and it not be the last .
Placed an order on Tuesday and plants came on Friday .
Each plant came individual wrapped , three plants in box another strong box very healthy plants, and I was given a free plant as well .
I would say 10 stars

I recently bought 3 hellabores which were sent out by the company in a timely manner. DX courier were awful and I kept getting notifications that my plants would be delivered for them not to actually be delivered. I'm giving 5 stars because of the excellent customer service from Sally and Nicola , who kept me updated and were as frustrated as me with the delivery company. Even after a week in transit, the plants were in good condition and are happy in the garden now.

My shrubs have just arrived and the quality is amazing well packaged will definitely be buying again

Ordered 3 roses from Golden Valley who I hadn’t heard of before, but the roses were a bargain I couldn’t resist. Well they arrived today, very healthy and happy, soil a bit damp still and packaged with much thought & care. A mess up with the delivery address which was 100% my fault but the office were quick to rectify. Can’t wait to get them in the ground. Thanks all

I chose a selection of late summer/autumn-flowering plants for my son's birthday. They arrived looking terrific - fresh healthy plants, wonderfully vibrant bold colours - my son's delighted and sent me loads of shots!

I have ordered plants online from various companies with varying quality but Golden Valley Plants were exceptional. They were the best plants I have ever ordered online. They were distributed very quickly. The plants were packed very neatly. The condition of the plants as mentioned were first class. My go to company from now on.
