Tim was amazing!
Tim was amazing this morning! He helped me fit all of my things into a storage unit two times smaller than the one I had originally booked which saved me a lot of money. He was extremely professional and took great care when loading/unloading my belongings. The whole process was stress free and quick. Would highly recommend. Thank you Tim!

Really useful and stress free storage…
Really useful and stress free storage facility. Prices are good and staff is really nice. The whole process of signing in and out was straightforward so our experience was positive. A special shout out to Iqbal and Abdul that were so helpful and kind on our last day!

Clean, dry, secure and reasonably priced
I’ve had a storage unit at Henfield SE1 for many years. It’s cool, dry, clean and secure. It’s reasonably priced (though the introduction of VAT on the fee and the insurance was very unwelcome, that wasn’t their fault). Not easy to get to without a car I reckon, but there is ample parking if you drive. There’s always a member of staff around to help or answer questions, usually several. I highly recommend.

Great service
Great service, clear communication throughout the whole process. Free pickup was a massive plus and took a lot of stress out of the move! Our driver Iqbal was a massive help and really friendly, even giving us a lift down to the depot.

Really impressed with the friendly service provided Henfield, especially Eimantas. Despite initial concerns, free collection/drop-off service was quick and smooth. Patiently showed the various storage and pricing options, so space ended up being just right. Happy customer.

It was such a straight forward
It was such a straight forward, easy experience. I initially rang to enquire, about storage in Brighton. They called back when they said they would, everyone I've dealt with has been lovely. The storage is perfect for what we need. I would use them again.

An amazing company with great staff and a great experience
After looking at several storage companies in the Wimbledon area i decided to settle with Henfield Storage. Right from the first phone call, to showing me the available storage units on offer to the moving in day. Everyone was so accommodating and the whole team down there were so easy to get on with. A special shout out to Elvis as he dealt with my order. He explained everything clearly, kept chatting with me while waiting for things and he made the whole process so easy. I wish more companies had staff mentality like this. Brilliant team and brilliant company.
