We would like to thank Abdul W. from Southwark branch for being professional, very helpful, efficient. He was very hard working, calm and speedy. He went above and beyond to partially reload the items to fit them all in.

We would also like to thank Matt and Mash from Crawley and Brighton for their help over the phone and online with the storage admin.

Wow, what an amazing company with even more amazing staff.

We initially met with Mash to discuss storage options and view an example unit. I didn’t feel any pressure to take a storage unit but did so because they could provide a free collection service and competitively priced unit for us for the following week. Mash was also very prompt in responding to my various email questions.

The free collection service along with storage unit costs was a real deal breaker. I was initially apprehensive about the collection and fitting the goods into the new unit but needn’t have worried at all because Tim was a real star and allayed my fears within the first few minutes of meeting him as he loaded up the items quickly and expertly into the truck. He was very calm and knew what he was doing – it’s that experience that comes through.
He arrived at Henfield storage before we did and immediately started unloading the van, and didn’t waste any time.

When we arrived he took us up to our new unit and suggested how to arrange our items to make best use of the space, which was really great. Tim then brought all our items up to the unit; we helped a bit, but he definitely did the lion’s share – without him the goods would still be sitting on the truck!

After moving everything into the unit, Tim went through the paperwork which was seamless and quick. Thank you Tim.

We were also very impressed at how clean, maintained and well lit the units are at Henfield Storage.

Wish I had known about Henfield Storage sooner. I recommend them.

Tim made what seemed like a very daunting task go very smoothly. He is very clever with the puzzle that is other people's storage and fitting it all into a small space expertly. Was very happy to be using the free pick up service too. Very happy with the service and the facicility.

I booked last minute for a small storage space at Staples Corner. The store manager, Ollie, was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and the whole process was extremely smooth and painless, despite there being a mixup on my side. The operation from the arrival of the truck to leaving the storage facility was a little more than an hour (for 15sq feet storage). I picked free collection, which is what motivated my choice for Henfield Storage, and our driver Frank was lovely and extremely helpful as well. All in all, amazing service, trustworthy accommodation, and I cannot recommend it enough! Thanks to the team!

I can’t thank Tim and Matt for the smooth running of my business stock moving day, I was nervous and anxious as there was so much to move. I thought it was going to be horrendous but instead they made it fun, and gave guidance throughout. Beyond helpful in every single way possible.

Ordered a storage unit, Muhammed came to collect boxes, he was really helpful with loading boxes. He was friendly and helped with unloading too. Excellent service would highly recommend Henfield storage.

Had a great experience with Tim today. Turned up bang on time, super friendly and professional, flexible with awkward items and other restrictions cos I had a broken foot. It took exactly as much time as I’d anticipated, a smidge less in fact. I had the free collections service and Tim packed the unit with expert skill, even making a bit more room for some items I’d forgotten. Very happy to be storing my stuff with them for 12 months.

Absolutely brilliant service from Mohammed! He called the day before to confirm collection, and again on the morning to give a clear arrival time — super professional and reassuring. He handled everything with care, loading all my stuff from the storage unit into the container efficiently. Really lovely guy, friendly and calm throughout. Made a stressful day so much easier.
