I received defect item and tried to contact the customer service. I sent them emails 3 times but no one answered. And I found the same products elsewhere much cheaper than them. Shouldn't tried from their company.
Never purchase from this company ever again!
i found this store through instagram & stupid me, i loved everything their store had to offer! i was looking for a watch & i was planning to buy something above my budget to spoil myself. but instead, i thought i should give this store a try. bought the watch, loved it & the material felt very cheap but at that point i had already made the investment & i wasn't about to return it. wore it a few times and within the second week, the straps broke! contacted them & explained to them the problem. they had reassured me they were going to send me a replacement within a few days & i never received it. contacted them again & then they said back that "all sales are final" when i asked to get my money back because i didn't get anything. 1) i wish they would've disclosed "all sales final" on their website 2)to me, they come off untrustworthy because i never received my replacement or got my money back. worst part of all, i found the same watch on amazon for a fraction of the price hellomissapple was offering it for. never again, learned my lesson!
Hello Miss Apple do not correctly price for UK customers, as the fail to put on correct postage. They aren't interested in refunding the Post Office fees they incur. That increased the price off my purchase by 50%. Caveat Emptor.
