I purchased a necklace on December 31st. It is now February 3rd. Shipping label wasn’t created until January 10th. USPS didn’t even have the package in possession until February 2nd. It states that it will arrive February 7th. I am also not an international buyer from
where it was shipped out. Even with holiday and weather delays, the fact that it has taken over a month is entirely unacceptable. I have never had this experience, especially from a domestic seller. Terrible! I will never purchase from this store again.

My 12-year-old daughter saved up to buy a necklace from this site. After a few weeks, the order stated it was delivered; however, contacting the carrier revealed that they only submitted the order but never provided a package for delivery. No 12-year-old should be scammed like this. I would not recommend them at all.

Order was over a week late and wrong. No customer service at all. 10/10 don't recommend.

This place deletes comments about how fake their crystal's are. False advertising at its best. The site and it's employees guaranteed their jewelery was tarnish free and made with authentic crystals. I purchased the raw kyanite necklace and knee immediately it was a fake crystal. The necklace looked identical to the picture on the site which is a dead give away the crystals were lab created. Not to mention the gold faded from the necklace after ONE WEAR! Mohs hardness chart puts kyanite as a 4 which means any crystal lower than a 4 shouldn't be able to scratch this stone. I scratched this fake as* rock with a selenite crystal which is a 2 on the mohs chart. The review calling this company out on lying to their customers was promptly deleted. ..
