Ich habe zum ersten Mal bei Mantle bestellt und mir die THE SHROOM ESSENCE sowie die THE HYDRA PADS gekauft – und bin wirklich positiv überrascht!

Meine zu Couperose neigende Haut ist bei neuen Produkten oft etwas empfindlich, aber beide Produkte verträgt sie unglaublich gut. Die Shroom Essence spendet so viel Feuchtigkeit und beruhigt meine Haut, dass meine Rötungen tatsächlich fast verschwunden sind.

Die Hydra Pads verwende ich momentan vorsichtshalber nur 2× pro Woche. Sie sind wunderbar sanft und entfernen trotzdem Hautschüppchen sehr effektiv. Meine Haut fühlt sich danach richtig glatt und ebenmäßig an – und endlich sieht mein Make-up wieder schön und gleichmäßig aus.

Für mich eine absolute Kaufempfehlung!

Auch der Kundenservice verdient ein großes Lob: Auf meine Anfrage wurde innerhalb von gerade einmal 30 Minuten geantwortet und mein Anliegen super schnell und unkompliziert geklärt.

Nachdem die Aluminium-Verpackung der HighFive Handcreme beschädigt (Loch in der Tube) ankam, hatte ich einen sehr netten Kundenservice-Kontakt und ich bekam ganz unkompliziert und wirklich sofort eine neue Tube zugesandt.

Gillar deras produkter, har använt många under flera år. Rekommenderar särskilt dream mask, the showroom essence, lite cream, daily shield, eye smoother. Har även nu testat deras badolja och badsalt - magiskt!

My skin is sensitive to eczema. I use Mantle every day and my skin has never looked better. I use the barrier cream, the rich cream, the dream mask every now and then, I looove the eye smoother and the smoothing serum. And I recently fell in love with the glow serum. I mix it with the barrier cream in the morning and it gives me a stunning glow. Make sure to also try out the big O. The customer service is amazing and they have really nice offers so it stays affordable.

The products are truly outstanding. I have very problematic and sensitive skin, which makes it extremely challenging to find products that actually work for me. Mantle’s products have been a wonderful discovery and have exceeded my expectations.

I would also like to highlight the amazing customer support team. We had a situation where our package arrived heavily damaged, and the Mantle client-facing team was incredibly helpful, supportive, and understanding throughout the process. The care they showed and the solution they found were genuinely heartwarming.

Jag har alltid gillat deras produkter men när jag behövde hjälp med en retur ändrades min åsikt helt. Kundservicen är urdålig. Jag har skickat tre mail och bett om hjälp med returen då det är det man ska göra enligt hemsidan. Har fortfarande inte fått någon svar …

Ich hatte 2 Bestellungen im 2 für 1 sale getätigt und durch die 2 Bestellungen statt in einer ist mir das Geschenk des Glow Serums entgangen. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir dann doch noch ein Serum for free zugesandt. Das finde ich grandios! Vielen lieben Dank dafür!

I’ve been using Mantle for years now and I can’t rate them highly enough! Every product is exceptional and the customer service is always above and beyond.

I recently ordered from them and there was a nightmare with the courier that delayed the arrival of my much anticipated products. I contacted Mantle and they immediately resolved my issue in a thoughtful and kind way- they made sure that they prioritised me and didn’t blame me for the courier issue. Phenomenal service.

Härliga produkter som jag använt i flera år, och de utvecklar ständigt nya fantastiska produkter. Och hjälpsamma om något blivit fel, löste en felpackning på ett lysande sätt vilket gör att man uppskattar dem ännu mer.

Helt otroligt sköna produkter! Jag är helt kär! Jag hörde av mig för att en kräm hade skurit sig (antagligen frusit någonstans på vägen) och fick ett väldigt trevligt bemötande! Kan verkligen rekommendera Mantle

Fantastisk service. Kan varmt anbefales.

Jeg bestilte en masse produkter for 2 uger siden. Fik info fra BudBee forleden, at pakken manglede label og var tabt. Jeg forsøgte med det samme at skrive til Mantle på chatten. Det fik jeg intet ud af. Så skrev jeg mail, har intet hørt, og jeg har forsøgt at ringe, men det kan man ikke. Jeg er blevet trukket næsten 800 kr., men har ingen produkter modtaget. Det virker ret utrygt! Især at jeg ikke kan komme i dialog med Mantle. Jeg vil egentlig bare gerne have de bestilte produkter eller mine penge retur.

Älskar mantle. Produkterna, dofterna och innehållet. Sen har de fantastiskt roliga och finurliga namn på sina produkter som gör att vardagen blir lite roligare.
Numera köper jag mantles produkter som presenter till mamma och syrran.

Trots att det gått över tre veckor har de inte levererat. Har betalat och budfirman har inte heller mottagit paketet. Haft åtskilliga mailkonversationer och de bara svamlar. Tips Betala inte i förskott utnyttja Klarna och betala i efterskott, så ni har en chans att hålla inne betalningen. Det luktar bedrägeri eller så har de finansiella problem. Har nu anmält dem till ARN och ska även polisanmäla.

I’m so happy with Mantle Skin’s support! My package went missing with the delivery service. Since, as the recipient, I couldn’t take any action according to the delivery provider, I asked Mantle Skin to look into it. They immediately responded that they would of course take care of it and, at the same time, resend the products so I wouldn’t experience any loss. Amazing service! Thank you so much!
