Very convenient
Very convenient. Save time in shopping queues, traffic queues, parking queues, and the reduction of stress in general around shopping. It does not eliminate the need to go shopping complete, but caters for the main items for a dinner for the week. Good service, and the food does taste great. Sometimes portions can be small, but 99%of time its on the ball.

This service wastes your time
I honestly do not understand who is this service for, even with promo boxes.
While I have no issues with the recipes and delivery itself, the quality of the produce is AWFUL. Every delivery has had half to all "fresh" ingredients completely spoiled, to the point that I have serious questions to people who pack the orders - are you not disgusted by packing rotten vegetables?
Our last order has also had half of the ingredients completely missing (ordered for 4P, delivered 2P).
What is the point of wasting the time ordering this, if I can just go to the shop and get the ingredients that are not rotten, for half the price, and spend the same amount of time?

Complete and utter scam
Complete and utter scam. I logged in to see what meals they offered. I never picked any meals and the next day they told me that my account was charged and boxes were on the way. I immediately went on to the chat and they refused to cancel the delivery or give me a refund. Complete scam. I dont even know what is coming and I didnt want it!!

Best option to maintain balanced meals for an individual or family. With a wide variety of recipes, there's no room for 'boring'. It also eases the mental load, without the dreaded daily thought "what am I going to make for dinner tonight". The categories are great, we try filter by the fastest options, but we can also be mindful of nutrients because each recipe has a great breakdown of calories and nutritional value.

Ditching the guesswork
Only started with hello fresh last week, but so far so great! Decided to try it out postpartum as life is hectic enough with a new baby so taking the guesswork out of dinner seemed a good idea. The family has loved all the meals from the first box, and are even willing to help with the cooking now. Would definitely recommend Hello Fresh to others.

I am an avid gym goer
I am an avid gym goer, hello fresh has made it so much easier for me to cut weight. Normally when I'm bulking it's fairly easy and doesn't require much effort. However, the real area where it shines is when I'm trying to cut weigh, hellofresh has made it so much easier to track calories and protein. They are also available on food tracking apps making the whole thing seamless. Currently I've lost about 4 kg 2 months especially after Christmas. This is really good! It allows me to continue to cook the things that I love and to try new dishes and have variety in my life rather than endless calculations or cheap meals or easy ways out. Currently I am buying about 30 to 40 meals every two weeks which I cook in batches and eat. Quit my normal breakfast everyday and it's just simple and no stressing

My husband and myself have been getting a box for two, five days a week for the last 2/3 years, we were easy converts.... Since our children have left the whole hassle of trying to decide what to cook or planning meals has been removed, we definitely have less waste, and our fridge it less full of half eaten food. We can actually add our daughter when she is around by adding to some of the ingredients. There has been a slight change recently for a special offer for the first time in two years i was missing an ingredient,... and loose items were within the box ... in the menu choices items that were previously included are now shown as additional choices making it more complicated when ordering. We like the vegan options and they are more frequent for the better value boxes, however we are saving big time on the cost , there is no way we could manage five meals for the same amount and since we dont go to the supermarket we dont pick up the additional items. i find the hardest thing to remember is to change the order for the following week. I am still delighted to follow the recipes and still heartily recommend it to friends, particularly for a couple.

Missing ingredients and gone off food
While the recipes are tasty, we had several issues with Hello Fresh and will not be ordering again. We were missing ingredients from 3/4 of our meals, and they were key ingredients like the beef, the pasta, etc. This is meant to be convenient but it's not convenient when you have to go to the shop every night to grab something. On our turkey mince, the best by date had been removed. It was paper on the packaging and the part the showed the actual date was gone. We trusted the company and ate it 2 days after we received it, and my husband and I both got sick after that meal. Not worth it at all, you can get the recipes online.

I’ve used Hello fresh a lot. I have the meals twice a week for two people. It’s so handy. Everything you need is in a bag freshly packed ready to use. Just follow the recipes, very easy to follow.
