I am thinking about cancelling my account because there is always something missing, last week the prawns were missing the main ingredient, every week at least one ingredient has been missed and the carrot and pepper that I received for one menu I wouldn't give it to the pony it was so poor

I wanted to look up the meals to see what would suit me, unfortunately I was asked to to put in the dates I want delivery on then I was asked to put in my bank card details , I hadn't even got the option of looking up recipes first, who puts in bank details before they see what they are buying, so just got off the app once they asked for this. I thought this was a very weird way to sell the products.

The box arrived to my house, the bottom of the box was wet and the ice bags were both torn making the bags of ingredients wet. This is my first week and I hope that it does not happen again

There has been no food wastage
There has been no food wastage, this was one of the main reasons for using hello fresh. The quality of the vegetables are way better than that in the supermarket another reason I tried out hello fresh. My 10 year old son is great for eating vegetables and trying out new dishes, he has been loving the 4 days we use hello fresh. We have always cooked from scratch in our house and you do get a block sometimes when it comes to new dishes, hello fresh has plenty of dishes you'd never think of, that has been a lot of fun for us at dinner time.

I love the food great. Great for creating less weight easy to cook tasty food. Just wish there was a way to take out maybe one or two ingredients out of each recipe say like a cucumber or whatever otherwise I love this service comes on time each week fresh good food
