Pathetic service at Ealing branch

Ealing branch … pathetic service.. food quality good as usual but very bad services. Late seating despite not being very busy, more interested in serving takeaways. Staff not very trained . Hostess took time to seat us and then tooke ages to take our order. Then order took much longer than usual and when came time for payment , even longer wait.. need better servers, staff
Hounslow branch is so much better but Ealing ine is pathetic. Never returning!!

Takes long time to order and be served

Basildon….Wrong from the start. Terrible service. There were 4 of us and all the orders arrived 5 minutes apart. There were 5 people in the kitchen and 3 more to serve the tables, and even so they couldn't deliver the order on time. There was an extra person who seemed to be the manager but for God's sake didn't know what to do.

The torte is claggy and tastes vegan

Just ordered from the Bedford store via Uber Eats. I ordered hot savoury food as well as a warm chocolate torte which arrived cold. I don’t think it was ever heated. The warm savoury food arrived in boxes which felt warm whereas the box containing the torte was cold. The savouries were nice but the torte was claggy and after one mouthful it went straight into the bin. I even spat that mouthful into the bin. The torte tasted vegan thought its not listed as being so.

Dumb prices!

The main issue isn't necessarily the actual desserts, but the prices. £2.25 for strawberries. You get 2. 2 strawberries for £2.25. Want a bit of extra sauce, sure, another £2.25! Want a single scoop of ice cream, £3! please. So, a 'croffle' which is a croissant on a waffle iron + all of the above is about £13.50. A complete rip off.

Worst customer service

Don’t ever bother going. Worst possible customer service. Whether you go earlier then the closing time or at the time, you will always be told ‘no seating’. We decided to take away instead, with no surprises, we were told your order will take too long, still interested in ordering? Not worth the wait, wasted time, fuel and instead was disappointed. They just lost customers.

Great choice

My partner and I have eaten here a few times and have found the deserts really are heavenly! Staff are friendly and accommodating to us.

Scrumptious is the word for this eatery

I have been frequenting the BATH restaurant on many occasions and have always found the stall helpful and friendly.
The vegetarian brunch is my favourite.
It’s delicious and is the perfect daytime meal.
As for the desserts, OMG. I don’t have enough positive words to express how deliciously yummy they are.
The monkey bread is awesome and my go to when I can’t make up my mind.
As all food is cooked fresh for you it may take longer than expected however patience is the key and you won’t be disappointed.
I urge you to make your way to your nearest Delicious Desserts restaurant and tuck in.
You will be amazed by their quality made food suitable for all be it carnivores, vegetarian or vegan.

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could, for the customer service. By the man who claimed to be the manager at heavenly desserts walthamstow. Last night my family went to celebrate eid. We were greeted by a man. The first thing he said to us was. There's a 40 minute wait. We struggled down a small flight of steps. With 2 buggys( my daughter has twins) and 2 older boys. The man came over to us and said you can't put your buggys there, it's in the way. He was very rude and aggressive in his manner. He actually told my daughter to be quiet and sit down. He told us he wanted us to leave & won't serve us. He soon changed his tone when my son in law arrived. We parked the buggys to the side and were eventually served after about a hour.

What a lovely restaurant

What a lovely restaurant! I went to the restaurant in Southampton with family today. This restaurant has such a cozy and charming atmosphere. The owner of the restaurant welcomed us with a lovely smile and we were served by the friendly staffs named Alan, Zilu and Abdur Rahman. From the moment you walk in, you feel right at home. The warm lighting, rustic decor, and comfortable seating make it an ideal place for a relaxed meal. The food was really outstanding! Every meal we had was full of flavor and cooked to perfection. I really suggest the Iced Rose & Lychee Martini and Saffron Milk Cake. Hands down, some of the most delicious food I've eaten lately! A Perfect place, classy atmosphere and great food. The staffs are polite and attentive, going above and beyond to provide a wonderful eating experience. Congratulations to the whole team!"

Awful service

Awful service. Placed order. Received a call saying the order would be delayed. Ok, fine, it's Friday night. Then get a call 20 mins later cancelling the order. Complete time wasters - AVOID.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service, absolutely delicious chocolate bao buns with caramel dipping sauce accompanied by a dirty chai latte.... couldn't ask for more, heaven.

Shocking Lack of Professionalism and Care at Heavenly Desserts Marylebone

I’m incredibly disappointed with our experience at Heavenly Desserts Marylebone today. My wife and I ordered a hot chocolate and dessert, but the waitress, Alexis, lost her balance while carrying the tray and spilled the entire hot chocolate all over her. My wife’s jacket, scarf, trousers, shoes and phone were soaked and damaged, and she also felt pain from the hot liquid burning her leg.

What followed was nothing short of shocking. Neither Alexis nor the other waitress offered any meaningful assistance. One waitress focused on cleaning the table with napkins, while the other fetched a mop. Neither offered my wife a single napkin to dry her hands, and it was only thanks to me and a kind lady at a nearby table that my wife got any immediate help.

When we asked Alexis to call the manager, she returned with a mop and began cleaning the floor without mentioning anything about the manager. We had to ask her again: she was dismissive and only offered to cover the bill but refused to pay for dry cleaning or any of the damages.

When asking again to speak with her manager she reluctantly told us to follow her. This involved putting on our jackets, leaving our table, going downstairs, stepping outside, and finally finding a person vaping at a table. This person, who claimed to be Alexis’s manager, showed zero professionalism. He didn’t stand up, didn’t express any concern, and when we asked for his name, he refused to provide it, confirming only that he was indeed her manager.

The manager backed her up and didn’t seem to care about the inconvenience or the harm caused.

This entire situation was handled terribly. It’s clear that Alexis hasn’t been properly trained on how to manage incidents like this, and her manager’s lack of care only made the experience worse. It was embarrassing, inconvenient, and incredibly unprofessional.

This was an upsetting and unacceptable experience, especially so close to Christmas. The lack of professionalism and responsibility shown by both Alexis and the manager was shocking. We won’t be coming back, and I’d caution others to think twice before dining here.
