I am not sure where these people are getting their positive reviews from because they are so false! I purchased my machine for 731.00 and had issues with it from the first time I used it. days and days of back and forth with Aaron Knight saying its not a big deal. Well it is a big deal I was sold a machine that was defective and I just received the second go around of parts that I am suppose to fix by myself. They will not pick up a phone and talk to you like a human and walk you through it. Horrible experience and a waste of hard earned money! Please read all reviews on the internet and BBB before purchasing from them because I didn't and I am so sorry now. I hurt myself and was afraid of a fire when the swing away fell completely off the press at 365 Degrees and I could not lift it up. If I treated my customers the way I was I wouldn't have a business. Please, Please be very careful purchasing anything from them unless you want to waste money and be treating like you have no intelligence at all!!! Very Sad.

Terrible product and company. They sold me a broken heat press and won't refund my money. they want me to fix it. i paid almost $500 for the press brand new and it never worked right and I found out finally that it wasn't what I was doing but that the machine was defective. they won't refund my money. terrible purchase! Don't buy from these people. they want to sell you something you have to fix for full price of a new machine. very upset I purchased from them. I've lost a lot of money because of this purchase.

I broke the on/off switch on my 6 year old JetPress 12 (an awesome machine for any hobbyist). I sent an email enquiring about a replacement switch (and I was not holding my breath about it being available). My email went out at 5:12PM on a Friday and Aaron Knight replied at 5:44PM!! With the exact information
I needed to order a replacement. Do not be shy about doing business with the company - they are the real deal!

I broke the clamp/link assembly on my press, but was unaware of the name of it. I then sent an email expecting to be waiting a few days for a reply, because it was a Friday & it's Christmas time, but I was contacted within a few minutes of sending the email. Aaron was super polite & very attentive to my concerns. I sent pictures of what the issue & he showed me what I needed. I didnt realize until the end of our email correspondence that I was in in fact talking to the vice president of the Company. That made me feel even more valued as a customer. I truly appreciated it. I have owned mine for 10 years. No issues but I have replaced shocks and some boards but that took only a few minutes and the staff over at geo help out like no other. The plate works awesome after 10 years and I press 300 to 500 Tees a day.

We are glad that we bought the Geo Knight. A dependable and high quality heat press is a center piece for our business. When we had a connector issue with our Geo Knight model we had to fall back on a cheaper back-up which gave us the reminder on the difference. They overnighted us the repair parts and we were back up and running in just 2 days.

We regard Aaron Knight as the worlds foremost heat press expert ....last week ( March 2016 ) we asked Aaron what is that white fibrous pads that come with each DC 16 were for ...Aaron's answer :

" This relates to,a sublimation printing process of ceramics .
Because this fibrous pad is heat resistant it could be used to build up an area so it's not flat on the bottom pad eg a pocket area so the side areas / seams are beneath the the pocket area that is being heat pressed."

GEO Knight stands behind their product! They are always willing to assist with documentation to get their heat presses up and running again should there ever be an issue with them. They have also communicated directly with our customers to help them when they are having trouble. I have never had a time when GEO Knight has not been able to correct or fix an issue that any of our customers or even ourselves were having. GEO Knight provides very detailed instruction as to what the problem is and why it is happening. The best part... they then provide the information to correct the issue. GEO Knight heat-presses are the best in the industry! I would only recommend you purchase one of theirs vs. any others on the market.

I bought my press from Conde Systems and I totally love it! It's dependable, heats up quickly, is well constructed and a great asset to my shop. Now that I can imprint larger things, I am getting a larger printer!
