Absolutely amazing customer service. Had my large format press break unexpectedly. The part is a large piece of cast metal that is 100% needed to use the press and one that doesn't usually break so it's not available on their regular parts site. Aaron was able to get the part shipped out in a day via next day air. I was expecting a huge bill for this unusual piece but it was only $140 on a $14K press! I will be buying all of my presses from GeoKnight from here on.

10/10 would recommend. I couldn’t believe how they responded so quickly via email and then you team answered the phone on the first ring. You all rock!!

Solid equipment for sure. What's more important is 5 star service after the sale. sure there have been a few tiny issues, what could you expect for a product you use every day all day? Send an email, get a solution EVERY TIME! They know their product and it shows. I have always got the benefit f the doubt, always get spoken to intelligently and always get back to work super quick. You get what you pay for, period.

Our Geo Knight went out last week and Aaron was incredibly helpful to tell us how to fix it and what parts to order to get us up and going quickly! It was a very inexpensive and easy repair! We had purchased a Stahl's so we could keep working until our parts came in. It wasn't heating to the correct temperature and we waited for 3 days and never heard back from their customer service! We made the decision to just order a 2nd Geo Knight this weekend so we always have 2 dependable presses with amazing customer service!!! Thank you so much again Aaron!!!!

I just wanted to say that I’m so proud to own the Cadillac of heat presses from the George Knight Company! I’ve owned the DK20S for the last 5 years and their DK14 is arriving next week - I’ll be using that press for teaching and craft shows.
It is so great to know that I have a heat press that gives consistently high quality each and every time! Besides having a great machine, their customer service is STELLAR - can’t be beat!!! They stand behind their products! You won’t go wrong purchasing from them. My next purchase from them will be a hat heat press.

My GeoKnight equipment has been battle tested for years, I've had two issues, one with my DK20 and most recently with my DK3. Both instances, equipment was out of warranty, The website is very helpful in solving any issues, but the personal customer support from Aaron and the team have been nothing short of outstanding!! Always prompt, courteous, sensible knowledge and guidance. To top it off, it amazes me how this equipment is designed and built! Very user friendly and serviceable!! Knowing my equipment is aging, I've entertained and even researched some other manufacturers. After this last episode, I (P&R Photos LLC) will never own anything other than GeoKnight!! Period!

Customer service is missing with so many companies, but not with this one! I have been treated so well by this company. I am so happy to see that the Geo Knight Company is reintroducing great customer service to all industries. If you have problem, call customer service and be prepared to be treated respectfully a fairly. Other heat presses may be be prettier, and I am hoping that those that do not own a GK Heat Press are happy with their pretty problem. Before you buy anything else please believe me and, compare compare compare!

I had an issue with the heating element that needed to be repaired. Within 24 hours I had a response from their team about how to process a warranty and when I shipped the product back for repair, they had a new or repaired platen coming back to me before the close of business the same day.
I was beyond blown away by the service of this company.

Have had my heatpress for about 10 year and use it everyday. Great customer service, quick response on tech questions and a quality product that I can rely on.

My heat press malfunctioned and I needed a part to get it back up and running. Called the customer service number, got connected with Aaron's voicemail. He said he returns all emails the same day...AND he does! Within the hour I had an email response with the part needed, how to buy it and safe fix to get the press running until I received the part. What I thought would be a huge process ended up being a truly pleasant experience. Our next press is definitely going to be a Geo Knight! Thank you again:)

Had an issue with my DK20A at no fault of the manufacturer. Explained my dilemma to Aaron and he was more than happy to stand behind his wonderful product so it could be perfect once again. I have two heat presses from Geo Knight. My most used press began giving me trouble controlling the time/temp elements. A simple call and I had replacement parts on their way. I was so worried how this would impact my business and they made the solution fast and simple. This is the type of customer support that will keep me loyal to Geo Knight!
