One of our heat presses was overheating. I called their customer service for some help. Suzanne was very friendly and quickly emailed a troubleshooting guide to me that was specific to our problem. The first solution on their guide solved our problem (loose temp sensor wire) and we were back up and running within 5 minutes. Truly stellar experience!

I'm very new to the heat press world and it seems like I have questions at every turn. Luckily the people at Geo Knight, Aaron specifically, have been extremely helpful. He wastes no time getting back with troubleshooting tips and ideas and has helped me solve all of my heat pressing issues so far. He is also considerate and encouraging. It's nice to know what good customer service feels like. It is SO appreciated. Thank you!

We have been having problems with our DK-20 for a few years and our operations department couldn't figure it out. I contacted Mr. Knight and even though the video upload requirements kept us at bay, we were able to get it taken care of by resetting the board.

Words cannot explain the appreciation that we have for his patience in this matter!

Our company is currently using 4 Geo Knight heat presses and I have been working in the sublimation department for 3 years now. I am constantly impressed with the quality of work that comes off the press. There are times when we have many items to get thru with little to know downtime thanks to the dependability of the presses. The dual maxipress is my favorite, it is very easy to use and saves us time being able to rotate product thru the process due to the 2 tables. In running the department, many of my employees are equally impressed with the ease of use, short time it takes to use the press and the vibrancy of the colors that are produced.

In my mind, there is no reason to go anywhere but Geo Knight. Not only are the heat presses the best, the response time to questions is awesome as well as fantastic customer service. That is the reason I keep coming back. My daughter has taken over our apparel business and knows Geo Knight is the way to go.

Where to start? Geo. Knight, and specifically Aaron Knight have provided, without a doubt, the most superb customer service I've ever experience. Aaron, himself, has taken the time on several occasions, to give me tech support, like I was family. That means a LOT to a small business...I assure you! Such a wonderful company to deal with! I contacted them about a service issue for a used heat press, and got an answer back the next day. My question was answered by the VP of the company! He was extremely helpful, and pointed me towards the correct part that I needed to fix my machine, which actually was something that they sent me free. The heat press is amazing quality, and the customer service at this company is better than any I've ever experienced. I highly recommend buying a heat press from this company, you will not regret it!

Having been the owner of most of the most popular brands of heat presses in the industry today, I have to say these two new DK20SP models we received yesterday are the best I've ever seen.

We've had several GK presses in the past, now the proud owner of 4, but this one is by far your greatest design.

You have thought of everything! The top down pressure, the addition of the moisture filter and the extra stability around the post is awesome.

This press is a tank!

We've been using two of Geo-Knight DK20's since we opened the business in 2010. 12 years later they've pressed several hundred thousand shirts and been workhorses in our shop. I've replaced a few parts over the years, but overall they have required the least amount of maintenance in our equipment lineup. Unfortunately, we've worn our two presses out. I replaced one a few months ago, and this will replace the second press. My crew tried to convince me to buy a cheaper knockoff on Amazon to save a few hundred bucks, but Geo-Knight service over the years when we've had the rare issue and the quality of the equipment, made my decision to stick with Geo Knight a very easy one. Thanks for making great products and backing them up with first class service!

We've had our DK-20 for 11 years and we've always had stellar service and easy and affordable replacement parts. Don't go here for a disposable press, go here for a fantastic work horse that will serve you reliably for years and top shelf service.

I have found that the Heatpress products that I have worked on are very well engineered and of a very high-quality. Their internal support system is quick to respond, very knowledgeable, and great to work with. I highly recommend their product for anybody in this industry.

We own 3 Geo Knight Presses. A clam shell, a swing away, and a hat press. These presses have traveled with us for six years and still going strong. I am so impressed with the support Geo Knight gives. Aaron responded same day I contacted them panicked over something wrong. From getting setting instructions to replacing a switch Aaron has got me through it. Thank you Aaron from this senior( another name for old woman).

Geo Knight press went out this afternoon, emailed customer service department. They responded within minutes to let me know what part was needed. Ordered part and it is on the way. I have had the press for 10 years and never ordered a part or needed anything. Awesome service. Such a rarity today.

customer service relations is phenomenal and very much appreciated. I have had 2 small concerns with my DK20S and both times i received communications back within a few hours. Both time they offered and stated they would take care of the issue at no cost to me. Quality customer service is hard to find sometimes. But not here. very satisfied. I will no shop anyplace else for my heat press needs.

After storm-related power surges my DK20S was no longer heating up and eventually would not power on at all. I was convinced I would have to buy a new press but with just a couple of short emails with heatpress.com, I had the problems narrowed down and parts ordered for a third of the price a new press would have cost me. Their responses were quick and to the point and could not have been easier to follow. I highly recommend using heatpress.com.

I’m really not one for taking time to sit down and write a review. However my experience today working with Aaron in tech-support was extraordinary. I have had this press for seven years. It’s my second Knight press, And I finally had one small problem. I am two days away from a show and I need to get some work done and my press would not come up to temperature. He offered that I send it back and they would fix it and ship it back to me or offered me the option of looking further into the problem and possibly being able to affect repairs here. He was incredibly quick on his responses he had great documentation at his disposal that was clearly written it was easy to understand for anybody with a brain to effect repairs themselves and get back to work. I can’t say enough good things about George Knight Company. I’ve been in the photography industry my entire life I am 61. These presses are the only ones I will ever use. Thanks for reading.
