I own a small Ecommerce site needing to heat press my brand labels onto my custom produced clothing. I purchased a JP12 clam shell swing unit long ago, over 10 years. This unit has worked consistently and without fail every single day. It has only needed a replacement switch or small electrical part from time to time. Geo Knight not only carries all these inexpensive replacement parts but their customer service every time I’ve reached out has been quick and personal, assuring me that their equipment will continue to do its job with the needed part. It’s a rarity these days to have a company to continue to support their product AFTER the initial sale of the equipment, saving a small business like mine from needlessly spending $$$$ replacing equipment.

I have 2 GeoKnight and 1 Hotronix heat presses in my shop that get used daily to print 100's of shirts a day. My Hotronix seems to be down more than it isn't and i am constantly working on it. When i do reach out to them for tech support i rarely get the help i need. My 2 GeoKnights on the other hand run flawlessly. In fact the oldest one, @10 years old, i've never had an issue with. My other one i have only had a couple small issues and tech walked me through those quickly and painlessly. Any heat presses i buy moving forward will be GeoKnight.

Geo Knight is THE only heat press company you need to consider. More specifically, the customer service I received from Suzi was off the charts.

We have been stationed in Japan for 17 years. Finding a company willing to ship merchandise here for us is getting harder and harder. Not only did they sell to me… they arranged shipping, took care of ALL customs paperwork, and had it delivered straight to me —not to a port for pickup.

And I had my press in less than a week!!!

To say I’m happy with their service is a huge understatement.

I talked to Suzi about the part that I needed and she was able to get the part out the door same-day, with next-day delivery. She was extremely professional and sympathetic to our situation as it was the Thursday, before Labor Day weekend. Unfortunately, UPS dropped the ball and failed to deliver the part. As soon as I let Geo Knight know about the situation, they sent a replacement part out the same day. I can't say enough about the amazing customer service, reliability, and quality of the Geo Knight press and the service that supports it. I would highly recommend this press to others in the market, and will certainly buy another one if this one ever wears out.

What a great company! I've had few warranty / tech support from you before since 2014 and I am still amazed at their level of customer service. I email them questions and they will get back to me fast with solutions and you can tell that they really stand behind their product.

For years now we have enjoyed working with Geo Knight! Not only are their products very well built (Overbuilt maybe in some cases), they have very simple and easy repair processes. It is always nice to know you can maintain your own machines with just a little know how and they are always willing to work with you and have created troubleshooting plans for you to follow.
It is clear these machines are assembled by actual humans and therefore, any human can work on them. Kudos to ditching the "Disposable" product route that many other companies have chosen. It is clear these machines are designed to last a lifetime and to be repaired and maintained on site.
I will always defer to Geo Knight products first and refer them to anyone in our industry before any other brand.

We'd been having trouble with the reliability and production quality of our existing heat press used for a small business. I reached out detailing our issues and Aaron Knight responded through an email discussion with good alternatives for our use case, and also a suggestion for a custom platten to press on. We went with it and it has been a perfect solution for us. The customer service provided by Aaron is always top tier. If I have a question they always have the answer and they stand behind their products. If they find an issue with one of their machines they fix it. The DK20 bolts needed to be replaced and they did it two times no charge. Making the machine even stronger than before. Great company that takes care of their customers.

Every time I need some help or guidance, I send an email and, literary, in less than an hour (last time I think was a whole 5 minutes! of waiting) Aaron or any other support member, I receive a perfect answer. He gave me the product code and the web address, I ordered the product and received next day, in the morning, without paying rush!!! We got 7 presses from them and 0% regrets. The machines are awesome
