Our whole experience with Heatgeek and our installer Ed Findlay has been fantastic throughout. From our initial survey Ed explained the whole process and had the knowledge to answer any questions or queries. Throughout the design phase we made several amendments as we wanted the latest versions of particular kit. Special mention to Ben at Heatgeek who ensured it all got done and we were kept informed of timescales. Ed reached out prior to our install so we knew exactly what to expect. Install took about a week and Ed and his team were a pleasure to have in our home. The standard of work is fantastic and although it’s early days the system appears to be working great, We're looking forward to seeing the long term efficiency savings. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both Heatgeek and Ed Findlay. A++

Findlay Heating were professional throughout the whole process. From initial survey to commissioning they could not be faulted. They are a father and son team who were always on time and carried out the work proficiently and tidily. We could not have asked for more.

This is now the second heat pump I have had installed through Heat Geek, having recently moved house, and this should speak for itself. Their knowledge and experience of heat pump system design is second to none. The local installers was also great, friendly and approachable, easy to get hold of, and worked with us to fit the installation around other building works we had going on at the time.

I've had a Vaillant aroTHERM plus air source heat pump 12kW installed and am happy with Heat Geeks, the installer and the afterservice (due to a leak in the HP). The HP is heating the house and hot water as I would expect.
There may be some processing glitches with HG's customer facing software but nothing to put me off the overall transaction.
I recommend Heat Geeks and think they give good value and service.

From start to completion, my installation went smoothly. Everything was completed on time and I was kept informed throughout the whole process. I was told how the system worked and had the phone app explained to me clearly. Great service.

All the team members at Bromley Energy were highly skilled, knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire installation of our heat pump. They worked carefully to minimise disruption and genuinely went above and beyond to help us at every stage. The service was excellent, with clear communication and regular updates throughout the process. Everything was explained clearly, there were no hidden fees, and the agreed price was respected from beginning to end. We were extremely happy with the whole experience and would not hesitate to recommend Bromley Energy to others. We will certainly be using them again for our heat pump monitoring and servicing.

Heat Geek and their geek David White from Falcon Heating did a superb job from start to finish. I was a slightly difficult customer with a slightly difficult house as we were removing and old non-condensing heat only boiler and unvented Hot Water Cylinder with all new Vaillant Heat Pump and matching Cylinder. I also wanted all the downstairs radiators upgraded, which is more than the Zero Disrupt Heat Geek proposal was offering, and they worked really well to recalculate and requote the figures based on my wish for more disruption and up front cost for the benefit of better efficiency overall. Once agreed, the process was really smooth. David was very communicative throughout, and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. Everything is working perfectly and as expected.

I'd consider Heat Geek to be one of the most important companies the UK driving the shift from gas to electric heating via heat pumps. They have taken a data driven approach to ensuring that the heat pump installation is as fit for purpose as possible. Making heat pumps accessible to the general public, and making sure that they are all properly specified (too big or too small are both very problematic) is the key to a happy customer.

Liam and the team from The Heating People were first class. Taking a house with an undersized vented cylinder and relocating it has revolutionised our hot water pressure before you even start to think about the impact on the heating. Even though this is a summer install we have already seen evidence of the consistency of the heating across the whole house on the odd colder day and as we move into winter Liam will be monitoring the system with us to ensure maximum efficiency and comfort.

I've had a lot of trade work done over the last 2 years, but what stood out was the services provided by Hector of Prometheus Energy on behalf of Heat Geek. Knowledgeable, courteous, informative and high standards are a few words that cover the experience. And I’d be more than happy to refer him on to any family member or neighbour. Impressive work.

Amazing communication and service from start to finish. The heat geeks process is very detailed but straightforward on their portal and the reports are very easy to understand. Sam Kenvin was our installer from Custom Plumbing & Heating and he has been great answering our questions, optimising our system and so quick on the installation. He made it clear why the installation was a great decision for our house and the design decisions were well explained. Such a neat job done too.

Quick answers and very easy process to follow. We also had a proactive application for our grant and it all went through very quickly when timescales were typically longer because there was a lot of interest in heat pumps at the time. 

Using the Heat Geek service made my transition to a heat pump easy and straightforward. They took care of everything, from applying for the available grants to surveying my existing heating system and arranging the installation, all within just a couple of weeks. Gary and his son Harry were outstanding from start to finish. They were always punctual, polite, friendly, and their knowledge and professionalism inspired confidence from day one. They took great pride in their work, leaving everything clean and tidy at the end of each day, and were always happy to accommodate any requests or preferences I had throughout the installation. The work was completed on schedule to and exceptionally high standard, and the attention to detail was excellent. I couldn't be happier with the result and would highly recommend both Heat Geek and Gary and Harry to anyone considering a heat pump installation.

The system has been running exactly as a properly designed heat pump should: low, steady flow temperatures, quiet operation and rock‑solid comfort. Real‑world efficiency has consistently been COP 4+, often well into the 5s in mild weather. If you're wondering what a professional Heat Geek install delivers, this is it — predictable comfort, low running costs and none of the usual heat‑pump drama you read about. Ed and Harry quietly got on with the job and left the house in a pristine state. Everything properly explained with and open invitation to keep in touch with any questions I might have. Everything about the install promoted confidence in the outcome and the long term experience. Highly recommended.

I paid for a Survey in Early August and agreed a date for Survey. I have had no confirmation and no contact at all from Heat Geeks. I have emailed, Chatted. Finally found a phone number and got sorted. The booking payment system autofills an email address that is out of date hence no response or email connection Be careful when booking to check the auto email address

Did the initial online quote, booked and paid for a survey, local installer came round and did the survey. The company who came round to do the survey was very good and professional and I would be happy for them to do the work. Design and options arrived from Heat Geek which lead to a number of questions especially the fact that flow temperature was missing which is something most people would like to see. Questions answered, a few more questions asked, nothing, chased and again nothing, copied Adam and asked questions again and still nothing. With so much bad press about heat pumps you need to be confident that the design fits your needs so would expect questions to be answered. If something goes wrong post install you would want help and support so if a company cannot answer a few questions the likelihood is if something goes wrong they won’t be there to assist. Shame, keen to get a heat pump but at this rate will be upgrading our gas boiler instead as I know it works.

Looks like Heat Geek are happy to respond to other poor reviews but ignore mine just like they ignore my emails asking additional questions on quote provided and the different options contained in the quote, it’s almost like how dare you want more information just accept what we say!!!!!!!

Email sent as requested, now to see if you can redeem yourselves as we are ready to select a company to progress.

Would be zero stars if I could. Introduced me (via my wife) to an installer who couldnt install until January. Asked to move to a different installer. Zero reply. Sent a couple more emails with no reply. Asked for a refund since I wasnt going to have a design consultation and you guessed it - zero reply. Now requested money back via my bank. I've emailed both the email they quote and another one someone else used that starts with issues but Trustpilot dont allow me to quote and I've replied to the one email they sent me - so their claim not to have had an email is just rubbish. Now they want me to supply more information and without it they may "not recognise my review as genuine" - trustpilot's way of deleting negative reviews. Just how many reviewers have to get a bank chargeback from this company that they cant identify it? None of the emails sent have been marked undeliverable. Maybe the company has a problem with receiving emails from hotmail accounts - not my problem to sort out for them, just return my money.

Great heat pump (Vaillant AroTherm Plus - Latest Graphic model) installation via Heat Geek, and undertaken by Dom and the team at City Warmth Hove. All went well and was done in 4 days. Dom was professional, reliable, hardworking, and kept me informed as to what was going on throughout. The quality of the work was very good. Likewise, Heat Geek comms were very good and made the admin, grant, and utility notifications/permission, etc., process trouble-free. Recommended. Heat Geek and City Warmth are the way to go if you want a decent and honest set of folks to get a heat pump installed.

We had an air source heat pump purchased and installed through Heat Geek. We are very pleased with the result. The administration of the whole process was undertaken by Heat Geek and it was very smooth indeed. They did all the admin, especially for the government grant. Their processes are well explained and easy to follow. The survey and installation were undertaken by Dom from City Warmth. The installation process went very smoothly. Dom and Calvin gave us really good information on what to expect, how long the installation process would take and anything we needed to do to prepare (which was minimal). They were very diligent and tidy and kept us constantly updated on their progress during the installation. The time of the final commissioning of the heating unit was pretty near exactly to the hour they advised it would be. Once the heat pump was installed and commissioned Dom carefully explained how to operate it and helped me download the relevant apps. It really is quite easy. This was high quality work delivered with care and attention. Couldn't have asked for more.

Not looking good so far! Paid the £250 for a survey and no one has turned up! Rang the office to be informed that the engineer was charging his van! So coukd he not have given me a quick call to let me know? Considering that others don't charge for this survey, I find this lack of respect quite frustrating. Booked several days ago for 13.00 I'm still waiting for the engineer almost 45 minutes later! Very poor service so far.
