Heatfactors ltd Recensioni

Friendly eficient reliable engineers who turn up on time and repair the issues without further ado.

Darren arrived on time and carried out the repair in a very quick and efficient manner. I have been a customer of Heatfactors for over 10 years for boiler servicing and various other plumbing requirements and have always been completely satisfied with the quality of service.

Darren, came back to replace 2 parts on our boiler and arrived perfectly in time. The job was finished in no time. Delivered just as promised.

Arrived on time quick diagnoses by Darren and repair .will be using them again for boiler service

Efficient service and nice engineer.

Been using HeatFactors for a few years now and they really are the best in the business. Extremely knowledgable engineers that always carry out works to the highest of standards, all the while promoting a “customer comes first” ethos. Would highly recommend.

Darren gave me a time slot for the day work to be carried out and called before on day to say exact time he’d be there He carried out work to my radiators efficiently and tidied everything up. Very happy with work done

Great work - I had TRVs fitted to my radiators and it was done efficiently and neatly with everything left immaculately clean. Thanks!

Brilliant service. Darren serviced my boiler, he was prompt, efficient, thorough and polite. I would definitely recommend

Excellent service from Heatfactors. Installed boiler several years ago and have serviced ever since. Always reliable and very helpful

I have used Heatfactors over a number of years for my boiler servicing as well as various plumbing needs. They have always been very friendly, efficient, reliable and competitively priced.

Very quick response from Heat Factors when our boiler stopped working, hence no heating or hot water.
Darren found fault very quickly and replaced faulty component as well as a general check of other parts. Been a customer for nearly 40 years, and very satisfied with 100% attention when needed. Top marks and highly recommend.

Excellent service as usual from Heat Factors. Turned up on time, provided a clear explanation of the work that had been done, and did not recommend unnecessary additional work for a small intermittent fault that does not immediate attention.

Darren was seriously professional and friendly throughout the job. Made sure we knew exactly what was the problem; made sure we knew exactly what he was proposing to do; managed getting all the parts in time for what he needed to do; checked we understood what he had done; then came back a couple of days later to check everything was still ok. By far the best plumber and tradesman we have ever had and we have had a few!! Would highly recommend to anyone needing a credible, trustworthy, professional and friendly plumber.

Have been using Heatfactors for a few years now and would highly recommend. They keep you in the loop and Darren is always there for any questions needing answered.

Great efficient service, Thanks guys! Second time Darren has done a boiler/radiator check for me and he is very professional. Always quick to respond and get you booked in asap. Would recommend.

Darren has visited multiple times and he’s a star. Very comfortable with him doing work in my property and they provide an excellent service.

Usual great response from Heatfactors, central heating stopped working last night, phoned them first thing this morning, usual friendly helpful service, Darren was here within an hour, diagnosed faulty valve, popped out to supplier for a new one, all fitted and working. Just the response you want in cold weather! Thank you and well done!

Just had our boiler and gas fire serviced and a fault in our heating fixed by Darren. We have been using Heatfactors for many years for all our plumbing and central heating needs. They have always been reliable, friendly and efficient and have never let us down. They come when they say, and phone ahead when they are on their way which is helpful.

I’ve been using the team at Heatfactors for a number of years now and they are the easiest, most knowledgeable and communicative team to work with and expert in all things plumbing and heating. Every time they come out they phone to let us know they are on their way, if a revisit is needed, it is planned in before they leave and they stick to it and all workmanship is top quality.

They are not the cheapest but we’ve been there and been stung everytime with cheaper contractors, through poor communication, poor workmanship, being left high and dry with unfinished work or a combination of all of the above. With these guys you know exactly what you are paying for and it’s the same top service every time. I’d highly recommend.
