Fantastic service from the moment I made a appointment.very helpful and professional. The shop is spotless ,all staff are very polite and highly trained. Fitted my hearing aids then spent a long time explaining how to use them. Also set up my smart phone to control the aids. Wow that's customer service at it's best. Very good service. I use them regularly for wax removal which I have a problem with. Fitted me in for a last minute appointment which they understood I needed. Always a pleasure to go there.

First off plenty of parking right outside. Prompt service and very polite and professional. Great communication, and more importantly ears clear of wax. Thoroughly recommend, I will go no where else.

Such a lovely and relaxed atmosphere . I was made to feel welcome as soon as I walked in . The staff were very plesent and informative. The receptionist was very friendly and the lady who performed my hearing test put me at ease by explaining everything step by step and answered any questions I might have. A most plesent experience all round. Will definitely be going back again.

The staff were very helpful my husband had a hearing test which went well. I had a problem with my right ear the Audiologist was very helpful, she suggested went to a pharmacy. I went to Andrew Hales pharmacy on St Isan Road, they were very helpful and gave me a spray which will get rid of the infection.
