Just what's needed.

Receptionist was welcoming and made me feel at ease as was the audiologist who explained everything thoroughly and very professionally.

Very friendly staff, easy to book, the removal of the wax from my ears took only a few minutes and the relief was instant!

When I made oppointmrnt I was not expecting such a relaxing experience, I was made to feel very at ease and must say service was was excelsnt. I had the hearing test. I knew I was going deaf over a few years but always put this of. Elke Turner who I saw, went through every thing about the test graphs etc, and I knew then that I should have gone sooner.
I am so pleased, I have the hearing aids now. should have gone sooner. So thank you Hearing Wales Narberth.

Extremely helpful and I can recommend them

I was referred to Hearing Wales last year and they have proved to be excellent. Their audiologists are friendly and knowledgable and made having my aids fitted an easy and pleasant experience. Special mention goes to Nicola on reception who is always so friendly and helpful, she recently fitted me in at very short notice twice when I needed some support and sorted out the problems. She is so accommodating and has a lovely personality which is vital in a customer care environment.

Great service, very professional when removing my ear wax!

I have worn hearing aids for many years. The first set I had from the NHS were excellent, effective, easy to insert and very comfortable. No problem at all! In 2019 I went back to the hospital because they had become much less effective, it seems they had reached the end of their life, I was given new ones. What a disaster! They were very uncomfortable, difficult to insert, and felt altogether too big. I began to avoid wearing them- not a good idea!
We moved back to Pembrokeshire in 2023 and last year I asked for them to be checked as my hearing had deteriorated. I was told the tubes were too big, new smaller tubes helped but they were still unsatisfactory.
I decided that I must "bite the bullet" and pay for better quality aids. I am still on the 'trial' stage but there is no comparison!!
So comfortable I don't know I'm wearing them, so easy to manage- in less than a week I am wearing them constantly!
Eye Wateringly expensive but they have given me my hearing back !
The whole experience at Narberth was excellent Elke the audiologist was very thorough and easy to talk to so I felt comfortable asking questions all of which she was able to answer.
It is also interesting that these hearing aids are the same make as the original ones I was given by the NHS so long ago!

Nice friendly welcome and reception area comfortable and always a lovely pleasant smell. My condition was dealt with very professionally and i'm very happy with the outcome, my hearing has improved greatly since having the treatment.

Such a pleasant and helpful experience. I wasn't sure what to expect but Elka, the audiologist, was so welcoming and made me feel at ease. I was assessed in no time at all and came out with trial hearing aids which made an amazing change for me. Such a difference that it didn't take me long to decide to purchase. Where do is start! What a team, they try so hard to help. We have been with Hesring Wales for many years, since being misled by Boots Audiology. Nichola, the office receptions at Cardiff is a joy to speak too and try’s her best to fit us in! The audiologists are equally helpful and extremely skilled and are happy to persevere until they reach perfection with our hearing aids. We have recommended many friends to use Hearing Wales and they too concur with our recommendations! Unlike other outlets if you don’t need aids, they don’t try to sell them to you!

On entering the premises I was met with a smile and warm welcome. My hearing test was well explained both before and during the process, with all of my questions answered leaving me better informed and feeling at ease. Sophia then explained the test results and options with absolutely no pressure to purchase.
Two weeks in now for my follow up appointment, and I can honestly say that my new hearing aids have significantly improved my hearing loss. Again the questions that I had about the set up of the aids were confidently dealt with and a second follow up appointment made to ensure all was going well.

Lovely welcoming receptionist, cleaned and changed the filter on my hearing aid for me so I could hear again even though my hearing aids are through another company. I will definitely be back here when the time comes to replace my hearing aids though as I did not realise there was a place in Newcastle Emlyn. I was just admiring the beautiful hanging baskets and realised it was a hearing aid shop. I was even offered a cup of tea whilst I waited and a butterscotch sweet. What a lovely shop.

This was not the first time I had used this company. I felt well looked after at all stages. Turned out my symptoms might not be entirely wax related and I was advised to see GP if no improvement

The Newcastle Emlyn branch has two extremely dedicated staff members Amy and Adele. Here customer service is exceptional. My wife has not only hearing loss but tinnitus which drives her mad. But the Newcastle Emlyn double act sorted it out very quickly and professionally. The frequency with the recommended hearing aids has been set exactly right to mask out the constant noise so her hearing is as good as it’s ever been for many years. We highly recommend the Newcastle Emlyn branch. Home visits are possible if your circumstances require it.
