Excellent care and service from both Adele and Amy, I took my dad in to have new hearing aids fitted and Amy was so kind and patient with him explaining everything clearly throughout the appointment and Adele was also very kind and cheerful and put dad at ease when he had the bill to pay, she also makes a lovely cup of tea 😄 I Very Highly recommend Hearing Wales, Newcastle Emlyn, thank you Adele and Amy.

This is a service that is available on the NHS but you have to wait a very long time, so private is the only option. This company is very efficient with welcoming professional staff. The micro suction is noisy but only takes a few minutes for each ear. The difference it makes is astounding. It needs to be done with care and I felt in very safe hands throughout.

I live in Newport but yesterday I was visiting Cardiff so I called into Hearing Wales on the off chance to check on a problem I was encountering with my aids. Despite not having made an appointment Nicola arranged for me to see Sophia between patients. The minor problem was resolved there and then saving me a return journey from Newport. Thanks again both for the first class customer service. I highly recommend this company.

I live in the Midlands but spend a good deal of time at our caravan in Llandovery. Each year I need to get my ears “hoovered” and this year I felt the familiar pressure and muffled hearing just as we were about to head to Wales.
Hearing Wales accommodated me swiftly. The staff were wonderfully friendly and professional. The lovely lady at Reception even phoned to check if we were ok due to the snowfall, and also offered me a cancellation slot. A fabulous service, I will definitely use Hearing Wales again!
