I was disappointed with not being able…
I was disappointed with not being able to call my order in as I have always done. I do not like ordering anything online but had no choice but to try it, ordered back in March or early April and didn't receive until I was able to chat online with customer service. Hopefully my next order will go more smoothly. Thank you

I place an order almost a month ago and…
I place an order almost a month ago and i got confirmation on the payment and have heard nothing since as well as no hearing aid part tjat are greatly needed. I jave emailed numerous time and have gotten ZERO RESPONSE!!@I call the number and everytime a british voice is ssying not business hours. This company sucks AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS IF U WANT YOUR PARTS AT ALL!!!

I cannot do justice to my experience. It was not about the merchandise, but the person on the other end, restoring my faith in human beings.
My order was very small, and took one month to get to me. I requested and was immediately given a refund then it arrived .Mel was so gracious and allowed me to accept the purchase with her regards and to remember the business for any other purchases. This just isn’t done in today’s world . Will always remember her kindness.

First class service
First class service - my new hearing aids arrived first thing in the morning just two working days after my old ones were sent from here. They were programmed for my ears and have been performing without problem since then. Also I have to say they are very comfortable to wear. I cannot wish for better than that.
