Item received well packed, customer service very good with response times.
The only negative is I ordered the item and it wasn't sent until I chased my item 2 weeks after ordering it, I feel communication could have been better to explain the delay rather than me having to ask where my item was, but once I chased I received a response quite quickly and received my item within 48hrs of my email

Ordering was simple and the VAT was deducted automatically which is a great help as we are based in the Channel Islands and not eligible for VAT.
