Two months to receive my order
When I placed my order I was told that I would receive it in 2-3 weeks. It was 2 months before I received it. When I inquired after a month I was told that it was because I chose standard shipping. I waited another month to get my order. Standard shipping from England does not take two months. I have received orders from other companies in England in less than a week

The delivery time was considerably more than given at the time of ordering, two to three weeks was given and it took five weeks.

HI Alan, I am sorry about that, we had some postal delays in the USA. We now send all USA shipments via tracked delivery so should be back to 2-3 weeks maximum.

I like the selection of products
I like the selection of products, especially the batteries. However, when I ordered by batteries this time the ones I usually use were unavailable. AND the order was mailed to me about one week past the date they were supposed to be received. I found this unacceptable.
