Ordered a £599 kit which was delivered and had good support from Mel; however since the kit was too powerful we returned as it company offers 30 day money back guarantee. 4 weeks after the return, chasing to confirm item was received and numerous emails/phone calls to follow up on refund they have failed to return the money nor committed to by when it will be refunded. Avoid this company.

I recently sent a pair of hearing aids back for servicing.
When they I got them back one wouldn’t work at all and the other one had not been looked at. When I complained I had to buy a reconditioned one to replace it. Now find they not compatible with each other. They do not work with the app has they did before I sent them to you

My hearing aids were faulty on receipt with no sound on the right hand side were and returned for full credit. I accept that occasionally problems will occur but on this occasion it was made far worse by the near three week wait for a credit by which time the Credit Card Company had taken their payment, and this is for a product that was faulty and not even in my possession. Although Hearing Direct staff have at all times been polite and professional on this and on all previous occasions my confidence is much reduced and I am not certain that my next hearing aids will be sourced from this company.

Gavin's patience in dealing with all my queries so satisfactorily, I would still much prefer a larger larger unit to make the switches/buttons more easily accessible for my large insensitive fingers,
