Very comfortable to wear. Almost invisible when in the ear. The sound is very clear. Doesn't take long to recharge and lasts all day long.

I was skeptical about purchasing hearing aids over the internet, but the customer service, testing, setup and followup has been great! Had an issue with one of the hearing aids not functioning at 100%, and they sent me a brand new pair, already set up to my specifications in a couple days. I recommend them highly! -S.C.V.

I was educated about my hearing loss and treated with the utmost respect to the whole process. They matched some hearing aids to my hearing loss and during the trial. I learned a lot and was totally happy. Unfortunately, my work doesn’t allow me to wear them, so I’m going to have to wait until it retire and start this journey again.

I ordered the 7IX hearing aids and recieved the 2023 3AX, had my hearing test and still have not recieved the hearing aids I ordered. Called 3 times and aids were ordered each time, Hear.com sales person is hard to get a hold of. Aids are reasonable priced but Customer service is next to none! If I were not on a budget I would go some where else! I dont know how wel they work as I have not been fitted, still wating for the 7IX aids to come.

I liked the innovative approach to hearing aids; namely, the convenience of doing this at home and not in a store. I think I got service that was as good as what I would have had at a store. The follow up online meetings were very good and I got all my questions answered.

Excellent product and excellent customer service. Able to assist with being rural, personally feel like I received better treatment with this process. Enjoyed the weekly checkups to make adjustments and learn more about the product. Enjoyed every step and confident in my purchase.

It's incredible—I can hear better in every circumstance, and while the hearing aids are in, my tinnitus disappears. Hear.com referred me to an excellent audiologist who was professional, capable, kind, friendly, on time, and did I say capable? She was just fabulous. The hearing aids are practically invisible—just a lightweight mechanism behind the ear and a tiny wire leading to the in-ear portion. I love that it is synced to my phone. I feel well cared for, and I'm incentivized to wear these new aids all day, every day.

The overall process was great. 1) Phone call discussion of my hearing issue. 2) A kit with hearing aids and the required equipment to fit and tune the aids arrived. 3) Appointment with a service rep. was set up. 4) the service rep tuned the aids in the first hour's appointment and went over general use of the aids and phone app. 5) continued weekly appointments for about the first 30 days making sure everything was working well.
The original staff member continued to check in to be sure my questions were being met.
This overall experience was great.

This was my dad's second attempt to the hearing aids the first time we went through a company so I would say a third party it was not a very satisfying experience . but when they called us again I told the representative how disappointed I was he said we could do the hearing test at home and they would deal with us over the tablet that they actually sent everything that was the best thing ever and the lady that we spoke to through the testing helped every step of the way it was excellent I would definitely ask if you can do the test at home.
