Customer service could not be better

Customer service could not be better. I tried several over-the-counter hearing aids spending hundreds of dollars and was not happy with any of them. These folks took the time and had the experience to do the job right and I couldn’t be happier with my new hearing aids.

From the first interaction I could sense this was a first class company. Very professional in all interactions. The patient prep kit they send is eye opening. And remarkable. In an hour you’re up and running. From the start, the first two minutes, I could tell the technology and earpieces were clearly superior to what I was currently wearing. ( 3rd set)
And 3 days after starting, I left on a 3 week international tour. And the customer care team was always in communication. Seamless!
It’s a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for!
It’s a great product for me!

Hearing.com met every claim they made…

Hearing.com met every claim they made about the Horizon two processor hearing aid I purchased from them. I have owned four pair of hearing aids over the past 15 or so years and none have provided the clarity at normal sound as these aids. These are also the least expensive of those I have owned. One thing that led me try them out was their 45 day return policy. Finally, the local company they deal with in my area could not have been more friendly and helpful.

I’ve had two different hearing aids…

I’ve had two different hearing aids previous to these but stopped wearing both because they just didn’t work on me. I have profound loss in my left ear due to chemotherapy. I knew the first time I put these on that I could really hear. The process was easy and I had everything I needed plus great support.

These hearing aids are good quality and…

These hearing aids are good quality and the company is the best! Their quality is good and they do what they say they will do for average person but my husband has very small canals they said (from birth) and he has problems with wax buildup and this hinders his ability to hear! He could hear at first with them but not for long! He has to go to his ear doctor to have his ears cleaned on a regular basis! I rate them and the company 10+!!!

My hearing

We reviewed your case in detail with your hearing care provider, including the timing and outcomes of your appointments. According to their records, you were tested on July 21st, fitted with your hearing aids on July 25th, and then seen again on September 22nd for an adjustment. The adjustments you requested—specifically regarding receiver length—were completed, including replacing the receiver twice (from the original size to a size 5, then to a size 4 with added concha locks).

Your provider also shared that they even met you at an office on a day they were not scheduled to make sure you were taken care of before you traveled, and that they had not received any sound-quality complaints from you during your visits. They expressed that they have not heard from you since and that no follow-up appointment was scheduled.

We also want to note that your last appointment was held on the final day of your 45-day trial, and at that time, you chose to keep the hearing aids. If you're now experiencing issues—whether with fit or sound—you are absolutely welcome to schedule another appointment with your provider. They remain ready to help you fine-tune everything to ensure your devices are both comfortable and functioning properly.

Hearing aids and service are incredible

These folks really know what they are doing. The hearing aids can be programmed for each of the kinds of situations you function in. Everything is provided for you to have live appointments in your home where you can see and talk with each other and program adjustments can be made remotely. The lady that worked with me was very patient as she changed settings on the hearing aids while in my ears. They continue to work with me since my very first appointment to get all the settings the way that I need them. I so appreciate that. I am now hearing clearly in situations that have been just garbled and unintelligible for me. Yeah!

Best experience of long time hearing aid wearer

From the first to the last contact with hearing.com I was treated respectfully. My decision to purchase my hearing aids has been validated by the quality of the product and training included at delivery. I was paired with an area audiologist and given everything needed for a telemedical appointment. This included everything needed for a hearing test and online adjustment of my hearing aids. No Longer Hearing-Challenged…

Rafael & Kyla the agents with whom I had contact & instructions were both exemplary representatives of their product. They were courteous, responsive & patient during phone calls & zoom sessions. Both deserve 5 Stars!

I would suggest written instructions in hard copy be provided in manuals to accompany the training sessions. Seniors are not always able to navigate e-devices with so many connections & hookups in the hearing kit. It was very confusing to see so many different parts which could have been better labeled with marks or tags with directions starting from STEP 1, 2, 3, etc.

Adjustment of the ear buds were difficult for me but I'm learning with daily use.

Also I have not yet received the items that were missing from the training kit sent to me. Your mail company must coordinate better with the company before attempting a pick up, since there was confusion when they came too early.

Despite these confusions, I'm satisfied with your representatives & your product.

The Horizon 7 IX hearing aids I received improved clarity of speech more than I expected, and the audiologist was wonderful. I wish I could have kept them, but can’t afford them at this time. I’ll definitely try again at some point.

Convenient and simple hearing test

The process was convenient and simple. Hear.com sent out the hearing aids and a tablet with additional connections to test my hearing. At the scheduled time I turned on the tablet and video chatted with a hearing specialist. I put on the headphones for the hearing test. When the test was complete the specialist reviewed the results with me. Fortunately I do not need hearing aids yet. I boxed the equipment up and placed the enclosed return label. Hear.com scheduled UPS pickup. I will definitely call Hear.com when I feel my hearing loss has progressed.
