I ordered buy one get one free only one arrived I have contacted them to ask to send the other one they are ignoring me they say I only ordered one I explained the advert is clearly buy one get one free it comes with no instructions his to make smaller still no answer very disappointed

Shame there isn't anything lower DO NOT PURCHASE! Cheap and tacky, they say 90 days return guarantee on website but the small print is 30 days. I have been trying to arrange a return for 4 weeks they ignore emails. Keep away from this business

Extremely poor quality. Nothing like the photos. Same bracelet on TikTok shop fo £2. Don’t buy. Totally regret purchasing a lot of rubbish. Complete waste of money

Had een armband besteld en die wilde ik terugsturen. Gemaild, contactformulier ingevuld om een verzendlabel gevraagd maar helemaal geen reactie. Bij klarna geven ze aan niets retour te hebben gekregen om toch hun betaling te krijgen. Maar als je geen reactie krijgt waar het heen moet worden gestuurd??? Nooit meer wat bestellen daar.november besteld nu nog geen reactie.

I haven't recieved my bracelets. Is this a scam. Can't email company . I have had no further communication from them after saying that my order was out for delivery in a couple of days. Regret ordering from this company.

Complete joke of a company, ordered bracelet's which haven't been delivered yet tracking states they were 2 weeks ago. Save your money, scam of a company.

This company are con artists and their products are substandard. I bought product from this company thinking I was getting a beautiful health bracelet with a pretty box to put it in as per the photo on their website. What I got was an inferior product in a cheap plastic bag. Shipping was late and not 3-5days as stated and their customer service is a joke. Their returns policy is non existent unless the product is damaged. Also it has to be sent back to Dubai. Isn’t this an American company trading with UK in its title and email? Apparently there’s a 14 day cooling off period which is great if they’d actually accept my return, which they haven’t as yet and I’ve emailed them 5 times! So it looks like I’m having to go to standing standards for false advertising.
Please don’t order from this company. Their website looks lovely and professional but they’re not!!

Bracelet came in the wrong color in a cheap plastic wrap! Magnets are colored paint squares! What a joke! No customer service number and address for returns is Dubai! They present themselves as an American company.

Stay away from this company!

I ordered bracelets with the "buy three get three free" option. I haven't received them, and I've been waiting almost a month. I emailed them asking how long we have to wait for delivery. They replied that their sales had "suddenly" increased and there were shipping delays, and that I should be "patient." In a subsequent email, I asked for a refund, but they haven't responded!
Please stay away from this company; I honestly don't recommend it.

This company is unreliable and untrustworthy.

3 weken geleden besteld. Binnen 5-7 dagen verzending wordt beloofd. Ik zie of hoor niets. Geen reactie op mijn mails. De trackingcode is nauwelijks te achterhalen. Hele slechte service dus. Eigenlijk niet eens 1 ster waard.Weg geld. Niet doen dus!!

Arrive in cheap plastic bag with no explanation of how it works and the supposed health benefits. Was a christmas present so i will have to try and print something off to put with them, even i don't bin them first!

Requested a refund and was told I wasn’t eligible for one - eventually they agreed to take the bracelets back and here I am almost a month later still waiting for my money back and they are ignoring my emails - would NOT RECOMMEND

Don’t use this company!
So I ordered two of their bracelets for the health benefits and realised they didn’t look great in the photos, so tried to cancel within 30 minutes of ordering, which they refused to do, saying it was too late. But they bombarded me with emails inviting me to add something to my order for a week!

They arrived yesterday, the quality is appalling and they are way too big. Their suggestion when I asked for a return was met with they only accept returns if things are faulty.

I’ve learnt my lesson and would recommend everyone else to avoid them. They are clearly not a reputable company
