Healthjewels Uk Recensioni

Wish I'd seen these reviews b buying off this company ordered on the 12th September still Waiting for the delivery of 2 anklets buy one get one free plus a bracelet said goodbye to my 31 quid states 3/5 working days delivery don't reply to emails and tracking doesn't work scam company avoid people 😡

They did not send the correct anklet. I got a cheap wrist bracelet.
It took so long to arrive.
I have sent an email complaining.
Do not buy from this sight !!!!
No stars at all for them....

I ordered an ankle bracelet which was buy one get one free when it arrived. It was just a bracelet not the ankle bracelet as I ordered plus there wasn’t a free one there either I have messaged see what happens if I hear anything back.

Anklet ordered and came eventually. It was a child size no use to me. Informed that it needed to be returned at own cost to Hong Kong. I did this and have not heard back since. All emails are returned by the server as not known. Complete scam DONT USE THIS COMPANY

Healthjewels UK are a rubbish company order ankle bracelet on buy one get one free and only received one bracelet thereby making it full price have emailed many times with no response their customer service is rubbish and they should not be trading

Do not use this company they are a scam. Paid 19.90 for 2 health bracelets weeks ago to date have never received the items. They should be struck off.

I ordered the anklet at £19.90 buy one get one free.
Waited about 3 weeks for delivery when the package came they have sent 1 x bracelet!
Tried emailing and no response at all.
No invoice or order form with the package and dont know how to get in touch with them.
Would not recommend at all.

Ordered an anklet it is more of a bracelet size wise I don’t consider I have large ankles but no way was this going to fit
When I ordered it was buy one get one free well that never happened
I will not use this company again and would NOT recommend it

Abzocke!!!!!

Took a very long time to arrive, looks cheap and tacky nothing like the photos on the website, don't waste your money.

I ordered a buy one get one free anklet. What came was only one, too small for the ankle and too big for a bracelet. I emailed to ask for a refund, nothing except that somehow there had been a problem with my email. Do not buy from this company.

Ordered a bracelet got one free quality disgraceful put both in bin

Would give 0 stars if I could.

Waste of money. Had the product for 2 days worn a total of 6 hours & it’s already turning my finger green and discolouring. Took forever to arrive dispute emails saying to expect it in the ‘next couple of days’ also couldn’t track & arrived in a plastic bag? Very disappointed will not be ordering from here again. Please don’t waste your money.

I ordered a gold ankle chain on a buy one get one free basis, I completed the order and straight away another offer came up add a second order at 40 % off. So I ordered 2 silver chains this time and the prices seemed correct. Received both orders in the same bag,but only 1 off each was sent, and they did not fit any ankles, just wrist size, complete rip off and don't reply to any emails

poor quality and when ive tried to email to return the address says post to Hong Kong. it says on website 30 day guarantee.. completely false. its a scam. they should be reported and closed down

Ordered ankle bracelet which took about a month to arrive and when it did it would only fit my grand daughter who is four. What a joke. Do not order from this company.

I wish I read the reviews before ordering.
I ordered an ankle bracelet during the buy one get one free offer. I only received 1 anklet instead of another free. The sizings are also WAY small, wouldn't even fit an ankle. It states it will arrive 3-5 days, the order took a whole month to be delivered. I have emailed them countless time and have had no response what so ever. Not even a UK base, returns is Hong Kong!

Avoid at all costs ordered bracelets at 20 pd at end of March they never arrived and won’t refund or reply to my emails

Ordered march, last update 01/04. Now May aand still no sign of delivery. Contacted 3 times now and each time replied saying order on its way shortly. Come on its been approx 2 month

Very poor quality- went straight in bin
