I bought on the offer of buy one get one free back in Dec, when they finally reached me the were too big and couldn’t alter managed to contact them and they agreed for me to send back, at my cost cheeky 🤬🤬🤬, as of to date 27/4/26 absolutely nothing no contact sending emails daily how can this be allowed? I’m so annoyed at that’s not the write word if I could put this on without a star I would have done
I ordered two bracelets and never received them. The tracking number says my order was delivered. I have tried emailing them twice and they don't respond. Now the website won't come up. SCAM
Cannot track the package / package taking WEEKS to arrive and now NO reply from company. DO NOT RECOMMEND buying from this company. Finally received order which was buy one get one and nope... only received one and looks like it came out of bubble gum machine. HORRIBLE PRODUCT
Took over a month to received. E-mail buy came back as undeliverable. I finally received and so big fell off my hand. Cost me $20.00 to have two links taken out. I bought silver, one week later and the color had come off. Don’t buy. Shame on them for a bad product. Scam
Ordered bracelet,received in January,emailed to ask for refund as too big,was told to buy a tool from them to shorten, have emailed twice since to request return and refund NO REPLY. Shocking service. Bracelets are not worth the money

First, I ordered the gold but received the silver.
Second, one bracelet only had 2 magnetic dots and the other only had 1 magnetic dot. Your website shows magnets behind every solid heart. Both have red and black dots where there should be magnets. Order 19060
I email them asking for the order number and no response. Emailed again asking now order and tracking number. It's been almost a month and they don't do follow up on the orders. I placed a order for a set of 2 ,one gold and the other in silver. They already charged my card.
I email them and either the email comes back undeliverable or they take three days to respond with a bogus answer blaming shipping delay on carrier, but they cannot give me a tracking number. I ordered two sets - one gold, one silver and still cannot get answers except blaming others for their poor customer service. Read the reviews about the placebo affect of the bracelets and notified the customer service dept who still says they are geniune even after sending them medical review opposing this. Tired of arguing with them and not getting the product nor the customer support I deserve.
