I find it easier than calling the reception ladies as they are always busy. Which is understandable. Plus I can pick and choose who I can see if my usual GP is booked out.

The only thing I don't like is the fact…
The only thing I don't like is the fact I can't book both of us together. We often see the dr together. So being able to book us both in would be very helpful and also mean I would use the app more instead of calling the surgery.
