I needed bilateral elbow extensor braces and person who came to helps not quote sure so she went and got someone more experienced to make sure I was getting the right braces. Fantastic help!

Order was mixed up with pick up at…
Order was mixed up with pick up at store when ordering said on order form and invoice that it was to be shipped to customer.Waited 15 days days for shipment to come and was told twice that I had to pickup at store even though I told them on phone twice that they were to be shipped to me. Finally cancelled order and ordered from another company and got them in three days.

Update Auto ORder site and link to easily get to it from your website.
The site to get auto orders is terrible. Hard to find, hard to use, hard to edit, credit card issues, etc. I don't know of too many seniors that would be able to use it without assistance.

I dislike that everytime on Seniors…
I dislike that everytime on Seniors Discount Day the Catheters I need are never available. They are delivered a week or so later but considering they are an essential medical devise you must know how many are needed in the store each month.
